From the very start of the introduction it was very instructive very professional and very pleasant dealing with your representative Neil.
I would go as far to type, Neil was a very nice fella indeed, an asset to the company!
Plus Mathew and Ryan whom I spoke with several times on the phone, they are very informative and gentle in their manner towards myself asking questions-about the operation as a whole, in the way I have been treated as your customer which is excellent!
The young fellas who delivered the new bed where very profession!
John the driver on completion of the new Bed!
John Explained everything to me regarding the operation of the bed including adding the remote on my iPhone, which I will use before I use the bed remote, which I am very grateful for!

The people I interacted with were both curtious and gave comprehensive information. The bed was fitted the day after I ordered it excellent service

Comfomatic replied that they could not identify me in their records. Seems like a regular excuse of theirs. What a load of rubbish. I emailed them about this matter but of course they didn't reply. Perhaps they don't read their emails. I have resent it just now; the one I sent on 21st Dec last year (2025). I am hardly going to collect the£15 voucher from their office when it was promised at £30. And I would not have entertained their presentation without that promise. So I was tricked. I suspect that they would not have honoured the deal anyway as I note that the application for the voucher entailed submitting the questionaire within 28 days; Yet the survey covered by the questionnaire lasted 28 days itself. So basically the whole matter was con-trick just to get their reps feet in the door. Did anyone acually get the voucher? However pleasant the reps were and however good the product - though pricey- may be, I would not recommend anyone deal with this company when it is as duplicitous as I found it.

The sales pitch was clear and easy to follow .Every angle was covered well.The salesman was polite and patient and asked if we understood or had any questions at various points .

The product suited us due to our ages and health issues.The most important thing in life is getting a good nights sleep as this affects your well being.If you sleep well you awake refreshed and have more energy and are motivated to do more you also think more clearly on all issues.
Even on the first night we both slept sounder and longer.

The two gentlemen who came to put my bed together were very kind and couldn't do enough to help me. They explained everything very well in the simplest of ways. I WAS VERY EXCITED TO SEE MY NEW BED UP.

Comfomatic are making speculative phone calls based on no data whatsoever claiming I had 'requested information', This is an utter lie since I am in excellent physical health.
They now say they 'believe' I had expressed an interest. Utter rubbish - they're just targeting older people. Cold calling is the most pathetic marketing tool.

The delivery guys were very polite and very fast at putting bed together they were very tidy and didn't make a mess and we were given a very good demonstration of how to use the bed. Very happy 😊

Alun Davies entertained us as he explained and demonstrated the comfort of the beds. Amazed that the products were delivered and assembled by the delivery team the next day! The beds were assembled and controls explained plainly by the polite guys before they headed off to another delivery

A reliable company that provides quality beds!
Having had other reclining type of beds this is by far the best.
All Comfomatic staff are friendly and business like, thank you to Mikey and John who not only fitted and demonstrated how to operate the bed they dismantled our old bed and resited the bed our spare bedroom, Thank you!

Fantastic service from booking appointment to presentation and delivery.

In response to my review. I personally have called over a month calling a few times every week waiting for a date from you and I get apologies … saying they could see it’s cancelled. I spoke to Alison. And that she would come back with a date to inspect it and collect it and we never got a date. My mother has been waiting for you to reply and advise a date as well. I did say I would write a review if I got no dates. So you were aware I am taking this further. The personal finance company you signed her up with is aware as well and has been in contact with you.

the gentle men were fast polite and made sure that i was happy with everything before they left as with all my experiences with the comfomatic staff i could not praise them enough 10 out of 10

Everything from collection of the old bed to the assembly of the Comfomatic bed was done so quickly and there were no issues. The lads who did this installation were really good, and very courteous.
