Booked our parking, when I arrived to drop the car off it was no more than a ruined yard, I had transfer £20 to someone called imran for the levy fee, not sure what that extra charge was! Whilst on holiday, police had seized my car along with 700 other cars because it was run illegally! It took 4 hours on my return for the police to find my cars location which was 5 miles from where I dropped it off!

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!! AVOID FOR ANY PRICE!!!!!! I'm not going to write another review. All you need to know, already has been written below in earlier reviews. Please, for your own good, DON'T use them to park your car at Bristol airport. I mean it - PLEASE DON'T!!!

Took ages to answer the phone when were due to drop off car and again when we needed picking up from airport... track to the storage/drop off area , is it very rough stone track .... stay away and find somewhere else... also 15 mins away from airport, plus hidden charge of £8.50 each on arrival to drop car off

The car was left in a very bad state after we received it back from them. There were scratches and dirt all over the car.

The company were not customer focussed and their priority was filling the shuttle bus for the airport transfers which left us waiting an hour each end of our transfers. We nearly missed our flight out because of the delay in transfering us to the airport. Very poor customer service.

Booked us into car parking with a fake/scam car park operator. On arrival at Gatwick airport we were told that the company isn’t recognised and that they are having lots of trouble with scam companies, taking peoples cars and using them and also running up short stay bills. Police are involved and trying to crack down. Unfortunately your website is still promoting these scam services!

This was a scam. Booked parking before our holiday and paid for it. Was told to call 30 minutes before arrival. We called on the way to the airport and was told our booking was cancelled. We were not given a refund! We had to pay over £300 for airport parking elsewhere. This was very distressing and almost ruined our trip leaving us out of pocket on our holiday budget.

We used this parking company at Gatwick and the experience was honestly shocking. It was around 4am, and we were travelling as a group of 9 with two 1-year-old babies and 4 suitcases. The member of staff we dealt with was unbelievably rude and had no idea where our car had been parked. She sent us to the very top floor of a 6-storey car park and told us to find it ourselves amongst hundreds of cars. After searching and walking around in the freezing cold, we discovered our car wasn’t even where she had sent us. We were given absolutely no assistance and it took us around 35 minutes to find our own car. Because we were in the car park for over 30 minutes due to this completely unnecessary delay, the parking charge increased from £8 to £18. So we had to pay an extra £10 because of THEIR mistake. When I said I wanted to make a complaint, the woman’s response was: “Go on, complain. Why would I care?” That level of attitude and disrespect towards paying customers is absolutely disgusting. She was rude to the entire group and showed no understanding whatsoever, despite us having a baby, heavy luggage and it being the middle of the night. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. We paid for a service and were left to find our own car with no help, then charged extra because of the delay their own staff caused. I am now requesting a full refund and reimbursement of the additional £10 charge.

I looked at the booking terms and conditions and reviews. Whilst everything looked okay and I specifically looked for costs to drop off and pick up at the terminal, in the quotes and when booking no mention at all, but on email confirmation told that there is an additional £15 to pay at both drop off and pick up. This is shady and shouldn’t be permitted. If it’s a standard cost it should be priced in, not added as an afterthought once a commitment has already been made. I’ve been stung by this before with other companies and feel appalled this practice persists

Didnt meet and greet as advertised, so had to go to long stay car park to meet, and no one meet us so had to get bus to terminal. We have been told to go back to long stay on return where someone will meet us. This is not meet and greet!!!!!!

Every time we tried to phone we were hung up on or not given clear and helpful instructions. Phone calls also went unanswered even though the company is open 24/7. Every single person we spoke to was rude when speaking to us on the phone and seemed unhappy to help.

Thought I was booking a park and ride service at the airport and ended up with a booking at the airport tavern that I didn’t want to park at and even if I had of wanted to it was cheaper to book directly! Very disappointed tbh

Awful company. The barrier company doesn’t recognise them when you arrive. They don’t answer the phone. No official company logos anywhere indicating where to park. The staff don’t have any I.D to say they work for the company. They simply rely on you to trust a stranger to drive your car away.
Don’t use this company.

Booked through you guys, went in the early hours of the morning to park only to experience and witness a police raid which involved gang related chop shop activity. The gang took everyone’s car keys acting legitimately taking pictures of all our cars to make it look real and they all disappeared. police squads arrived shortly after informing us that this is all a scam and that they are shutting it down.
