We continue to receive first-class service from Celtic Fire, a huge part of that is thanks to James, the Service Manager. He makes scheduling and managing our fire safety completely effortless. James is incredibly professional, responsive, and always ensures everything runs smoothly. It is rare to find this level of consistent, high-quality customer care. Celtic Fire are amazing, standard of service, quality of work, customer service and overall response is unquestionable. Celtic Fire have serviced the fire equipment at our managed blocks for over 4 years. They are always happy to help and provide their support and knowledge. Namely the Service Manager James Collins and their engineer Tyrone Mardon, who are fantastic and a pleasure to work with!
