I am very happy with the service Concept Blinds gave. Good communication, The blinds arrived promptly particularly considering the lock down. One of the boxes was damaged but the blinds themselves were fine. I fitted them the same day a very easy job I did have a query which I sent via email, I got a reply inside one hour. It was great service. I will use the company again.

I ordered two perfect blinds for my french doors and found the whole process very easy. I spoke to a customer service advisor before I placed the order to ensure that I was measuring correctly and found him very polite and very helpful, unfortunately I cannot provide you with his name. The prices are excellent and the quality of the product is amazing. They were delivered fairly quickly although the boxes were damaged, the blinds were in perfect condition.

My parents were looking for Venetian blinds for their house and I helped them to order 3 x Venetian blinds for their house as well.

I ordered a very size specific, difficult to make blind, and I received it within a couple of weeks. The customer care team were excellent, called me and asked me about the blind details to make sure they got the order right. I am very happy with my blind and would use this company again.

We are very very pleased with our blinds and are in fact now looking to replace all the blinds in our house. Our last order was for our business premises, but they are such lovely quality that we are now measuring up for our house. The pricing is very competitive and the website is very easy to use.

We were also unsure how to measure a bay window, but we spoke to someone there who explained it all to us and they all fitted perfectly, with very helpful and friendly service.
