I found out about Concept Blinds Direct by accident when I was looking for another company that had previously made blinds for me. I looked at the reviews on Trust Pilot and was impressed.

Fast forward a couple of weeks and I am a happy customer that has ordered and installed 4 blinds so far.

Gavin and the other members of the support team have been great both pre and post ordering. They reply to emails quickly and efficiently.

They managed to match an existing blind of mine that was supplied by another company perfectly..... And it was about 30% cheaper!

I am going to be ordering two more blinds soon (samples are being posted to me, the previous samples arrived next day) and will be recommending them to everyone.

Excellent company. First I purchased my Perfect fit Alluminium blinds a few years ago. The advise and help I received was great and I managed to find a perfect solution for my windows. The blinds worked really well. We then moved the house and purchased blackout roller blinds for 2 windows. As we continue to redecorate the house I will definitely be buying more from ConceptBlinds. I bought a small bathroom blackout vertical blind from Concept Blinds. Perfect in every way from ordering and fitting. Excellent service,  fabulous website,  won't use anyone else. It is so easy to order. Bought 2 sets of blinds for my kitchen 6+ years ago.  Still look like new. Purchased perfect fit blinds for my bathrooms as I has just completed a renovation on them both. Arrived promptly after order and install was easy. No drilling, couple of clicks and that was them up. Have used concept blinds for the past 8 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I have ordered blinds from this company on several occasions and each time they have been delivered very quickly. They are good quality and at a price one can afford. One time I just needed replacement louvres for my vertical blind. The customer service was excellent.

I’ve used you for on several occasions over the last 14 years, firstly for a full house set of venetian blinds, few years later for a full house set of rigid verticals, recently to get additional matching rigid verticals for the new extension and will be ordering more soon for new French doors.
