The roller blinds I bought were easy to put up. They look great up especially the metal roller blind chain and it would be good to have this as an option for more fabrics.

I had good communication via phone and email and was able to chain my order after submitting easily.

I am a returning customer having previously ordered a blackout blind that fits into the window frame.

I will continue to use them for future needs for blinds as they have covered good quality, communication and price.

The online ordering system is very easy to use and delivery is very quick. For such a high quality product Concept’s prices are very good indeed.

We have used you many times in the past and got a shock when we ordered and saw the potential lead time due to taking in to account the impact of COVID on staffing (to be fair - only up to 15 days), we needed them within 10 days so thought we’d left enough time. I used concept blinds previously in 2015 for a set of 9 “Perfect Fit” blinds and was impressed with the quality of the blinds and customer service. Recently I was looking for another set of the same style as previously fitted however found that the material and colour had been discontinued. However, after talking to sales, they found a similar style and colour that that they could provide which would suit. I have now brought these and they were absolutely perfect and of great quality. Despite the problems associated with the national lockdown, my order arrived ahead of the forecasted delivery date and fitted perfectly into the window frames without any problems. I would happily recommend Concept blinds to anyone looking for quality, service and price and wouldn't look anywhere else when shopping for future blinds.

We have had 9 vertical blinds off Concept Blinds over the years, always found the product to be excellent quality and easy enough to self fit if you are DIY minded.
We did have one received in a damaged state ( Think the contract delivery driver stood on the rail and twisted it.) I phoned Concept Blinds and they sent a replacement rail within the week, no quibble.
The ordering process is easy, they have a wide product range, prices are keen and they sent out the samples I ordered quickly.
I need two more blinds for my father in law's bungalow and have no hesitation in ordering them from this company, why would I even bother to look elsewhere?

I have had all my blinds from concept blinds, when I 1st moved in my home, And they are all exceptional, fit and fix is easy and they look lovely, they are also a great price. And I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for blinds. The delivery is super speedy.

I am delighted with my blinds, ordered on the 11/04/2021, arrived on the 16th. Upon ordering I was warned that the order could take up to 21 days to arrive and so was surprised when they arrived so quickly. They were very reasonably priced, I have now fitted them, very easy and am very happy with how they look and fit. Brilliant blinds company.
Second time I have used them. Just ordered 8 blinds and after 3/4 days they sent them out.
Quality of the Perfect Fit blinds is Perfect.
Only received 7 out of 8 up till now.
Only down side is they use the worst delivery company in the UK (XDP Express)
Concept you need to change your delivery company.

The blinds are excellent. I’ve purchased 3 and fitted 2 so far with no issues. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the quality of the blinds, their great service and super value for money.
