Why our company uses these people they are awful,over a month waiting for £8.35,they clearly don’t know what there doing,if your a company thinking of using them avoid at all costs I’ve lodged a greviance with company

I used Concur in the late 90s and felt then as a new traveler that I did not know how to use the tool. When I pursued education on Concur, I found that it was designed with limited logic for the end users with no apologies for the failures. Fast forward 30 years, the end user experience is still horrid with basic functionality that does not work. When loading a multiple night hotel stay, Concur will show all 5 nights, taxes and expenses all listed for the one checkout date, not spread over the week as identified on the receipt. Basic functionality is devoid of any rational explanation. When SAP bought Concur there was expectations for improvement but Concur is still the same bad tool from 3 decades prior.

Worst expense app ever made. Extremely slow and buggy. I am wondering how this can exist in 2026.

If I could give this HORRENDOUS system less than 1 star I would. It literally is crap. What kind of marketing are they using to sucker people into purchasing this is beyond me.

This service is totally horrible. I do most work after hours when there’s no one at my company I can login from my laptop, but I can’t login on my cell phone into the app because it won’t give me the correct two factor code and there’s no one I can talk to or even send an email to just to reset the app. How do I change this? Oh that’s right no one will answer so I can’t don’t ever buy this.

Terrible, slow, clunky website, and the list goes on. I could book multiple flights using good ol' Google flights faster than I can book one simple trip on Concur. I only use it because work requires me to. Everyone I speak to hates it and is frustrated by it and I don't understand why they don't upgrade and make better.

Absolutely useless platform, takes ages to do anything on it, and takes them ages to approve, this is a massive step backwards for for what should be a simple process,

They are helping ICE travel the country to murder people. Do NOT support them. Run this business in the mud!

Constant issues with their two phase login system. Every time I need to sign it I need to have a computer and a phone which I don't always have a computer on the job site. They need to fix their whole system and/or stop with the authenticator nonsense as authenticator is buggy too.

This company has a contract with ICE and supports them.

Do not not give a credit card to this group, they are very unethical!

Abysmal, I will do all declaration via the IRS...Concur is way worse and bureaucratic than any governmental institution I ever had the misfortune to work with.

The customer service is terrible you are just being thrown from 1 person to the other with no help,

I've been using Concur for over 10 years and it is the worst expensing platform. Whenever I send receipts via email they say "processed" then just disappear. The UX has always been terrible and will continue to be terrible. Doing expense reports is my least favorite thing to do in my current role, and Concur just makes it that much more terrible.
