If I could give this HORRENDOUS system less than 1 star I would. It literally is crap. What kind of marketing are they using to sucker people into purchasing this is beyond me.
Terrible, slow, clunky website, and the list goes on. I could book multiple flights using good ol' Google flights faster than I can book one simple trip on Concur. I only use it because work requires... Ver más

Given one star as it is not possible to give zero. I've used three of four different expense and travel management systems during my career, but concur stands out as a uniquely bureaucratic inefficient time consuming value subtracting software utility. Of course, it depends on which business rules were activated when the system was set up in your company, which in my case is microchip. The company adopted a stringent selection of settings resulting in vp's spending several days or more trying to resolve five dollar receipts. I counted twenty six emails when personally making one travel reservation which involved two stops. There is no question that it is completely ineffective.

Software stuck in the 90s
Software stuck in the 90s, it's barely believable. Each page takes 30 to 60 seconds to load. If you press a button with the wrong timing you might loose or corrupt your booking. UI is confusing, and rooms and flights descriptions are THESE ALL CAPS sentences from the 70s software that didn't support lowercase.
I'm not really sure why they are still in business, for their integrations I suppose.
The worst business tool ever made. Congratz!
Very sorry to say, but the people who programmed this should be totally ashamed of themselves. Never did I have a tool that was this crappy. Filling in a simple expense is too much for this tool. Itemizations, iterations. All hidden in different fields and even when filled in correctly the tool overloads you with errors. 1 star is even too much. Shame on you.
Worst Expense Software I have Used
We had no help with iimplementation. Finally got the system up and running but couldn't pull reports. Had to pay $2K per month to get someone to help, they would only meet 2 times per month. In the second meeting, determined would have to upgrade and pay more to get the reporting required.
This whole system and implementation was painful. The lack of support and requiring us to put in more and more money was a huge disappointment

Worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. Me and my band mates have been Waiting for a payment since October 2024. When we finally managed to submit an invoice after numerous complications. They have sent it back because the dates don’t match with the date that we submitted the invoice to the date we actually did the work. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I would advise if you ever get booked to do work through the Greene King pub company or any other company that Deal with SAP concur, Just cancel the booking and find somewhere else!!!!

They make it as difficult as possible to pay you, and if they make a mistake they will gaslight you. I feel sick every time I have to work with them.

HUGE Disappointment!
We have been working on the integration since April of 2024.
The “Support” team is useless and refers us back to the account reps. The account reps don’t respond. The original rep set us up on a platform that wouldn’t work for our needs so we had to switch platforms. We chose Concur because it’s the only one that would integrate with our ERP system and work with our Corporate Cards (Chase Ink) - only to be told that the Chase Ink integration was broken.
Now we can integrate with Chase Ink but can’t get ANYONE to work with us on the integration (emailing for MONTHS).
The reports are TERRIBLE. They suck to read. The suck for printing. As a whole, this is a terrible way to do business.
I don't understand why it is SO difficult to get help/support from Concur. I don't understand how they have become so popular with the lack of customer support or standards.

SAP Concur is impressively consistent – if you're looking for a masterclass in inefficiency, constant page reloads, and software that never works as intended. It's like they took the simplest task, expense reporting, and thought, "How can we make this as slow and painful as possible?" Truly, they've outdone themselves. I wish we’d gone with anyone else because watching paint dry is a smoother, faster process than using this system.

If there were an award for the most frustrating, clunky, and downright unusable app, SAP Concur would win hands down. Using this app feels like being stuck in 2005—except even back then, apps were better. The interface is archaic, navigation is an absolute nightmare, and performing even the simplest tasks feels like pulling teeth.
It crashes, lags, and takes forever to load. Want to submit an expense report? Good luck—it’s like the app actively works against you. Buttons don’t respond, workflows make no sense, and you’ll waste hours trying to do something that should take 5 minutes.
For a company the size of SAP, this level of incompetence is shocking. It's as if nobody at Concur has actually used their own product. The user experience is so poor that it feels like a punishment. Businesses rely on this app because they’re locked in, not because it’s any good.
Honestly, SAP should consider shutting this project down, firing whoever thought this design was acceptable, and starting from scratch. Employees who are forced to use this app deserve hazard pay. It’s THAT bad.

Worst customer support. The agent asked me to log into an account that was disabled. Then, I was put in an loop with no success.
Companies, please act!
No star at all more appropriate. Up to companies to get rid of this piece of crap. Or is it being used by them as a highly immoral money-saving ploy? They need to come out and support people like me who have simply given up on money they are owed through sheer exasperation.

I've given up with this ,simply will not waste my time anymore ,I'm a painter not an I.t expert ,my company used to give me cash for sundries, now they want me to install this ,I downloaded Microsoft authenticator, that wanted to change all my passwords, no thanks ,then tried Google, put the code in sap concur, no good ,so deleted the lot ,if they need me to buy anything else I won't do it
Awful product that just gets worse with…
Awful product that just gets worse with every claimed development. Just actually getting logged in is a joke another frightened company who think that layers and layers of requirements are the answer. I need to go through 6 elements to get yes 6 and then you have to keep changing passwords. Nobody wants to see my expenses and anyone who did would have to be desperate. And this is all before the woeful user experience. I am at the stage where I am refusing to incur expenses because life is to short for this rubbish software.
Pain in the neck.
There's a people in India who just doing what they were told to do so if I didn't put "proper" receipt they'll return my expense to me. Even our company's account department approved, it'll take another 3-4 emails to get approved by "Off shore team". It's been night mare for me. Every time I submit some of my expense will be returned even I double check with our company that it'll be ok to submit. No flexibility what so ever. Previous company that I worked for all the pilots complained about this system but probably it'll be cheaper than hire someone in this country.
