First time I used this service and was out when oil was delivered. Tank was found and filled without issue which was mildly impressive. Everything happened as expected and the price was competitive.... Ver más
As always a friendly, helpful, reliable, service. I have used Consuls for years, an excellent Company.
I will never use consols ever again! Ordered oil, had our money taken, waited a rediculous amount of weeks, no correspondence, fobbed off with excuses, in this time we actually ran out of oil, which... Ver más

Great experience all round.
Great service. Friendly staff. Needed small tanker with a couple of days notice and thankfully it happened, even though not promised. Plus, very competitive price. Saved the day. Thanks again.

Excellent from start to finish then...
Great price (better than the others in this climate); great delivery guy; & delivery arrived as promised & efficiently. Thank you!
I sadly had to bring my 5 star review down to 3 stars as I have since had a reminder to pay from the finance company (even though I already paid via the website on the day I ordered). I can't understand why there aren't better systems in place to stop this from happening. If I ran a business as large as this I would definitely be 100% certain that I would insist that there were clear & immediate communication strategies between both companies; otherwise I wouldn't use a finance company in the first place.
