I had been wearing glasses for almost 15 years and my friend recommend that I should try to wear contacts. I had researched a few online companies before I decided to buy from them. I liked their contacts. I choose a pair of contacts that I liked and ordered from them.

After making my payment, I realized that I had chosen the wrong model. Immediately, I write an email to their customer service and explain my situation to them to request for an exchange to another model. They were very responsive and answered my email promptly.

The price for the new model was lower than the one that I had paid for. I was so happy when they told me that they will refund me for the difference.

I will come back again for my next purchase.

Dont purchase the refund and exchange policy sucks....it took forever to get my purchase dont waste your time or money never have I wrote a review but I'm warning u about this company

How long should it take to get contacts delivered I ordered them on the third of June they shipped them out on the 8th it's the 19th when I picked airmail I thought it would be maybe a week at most but no is pigeon delivering them did it get lost

Time really flies and I had ordered from them for many years now. I always think of them whenever I would like to re-order my lens. They had a large varieties of merchandise that I can purchase. I had tried their differing kinds of lens since the very first time I had determined to purchase from them.

So far, their ordering method is straightforward to navigate and I can made my purchases successfully without any issue. Their merchandise perpetually arrived on time at my home. Their customer service is great and they replied promptly to my queries without fail.

I ordered my contacts on March 15th and here it is April 21st. when I place my order they stated that the shipping dates would be between 7 or 14 business days. My contact lenses did not ship until March 23rd they stated that that was because they were specialty lenses I have astigmatism I needed toric lenses.the 14 days past I contacted them they told me it was going to be 18 days. The 18 days past contact them they said it's going to be the 21st so now here it is the 21st and no contact lenses.... So, I look up the shipping information states that they have not even left Singapore... I contacted Singapore they don't know where my contact lenses are they're trying to say that they are with their in the United States at the USPS. I contacted USPS they stated that they are not there they are not in any of their facilities my contact lenses are not in the United States of America I contacted contactlensxchange and they told me they're refunding my money and go somewhere else and that's last time they're going to contact me. They weren't even going to give me a full refund!! They just kept blaming everything on the coronavirus instead of owning up for the fact that my contacts were missing instead of just sending me a new pair of contacts out. I was being very understanding considering the fact that I can't see and they continue to lie to me.

A "box of contacts" that I always order has 6 contacts. From this company, it had 2. When inquiring, they basically said, "sorry, have a nice day."

Worst customer service ever.

First, I read through a few other reviews. It seemed there were one or two people with bad reviews for reasons that hardly seemed like the company's fault. It is unfortunate that people are way more likely to go out of their way to write a negative review than to go out of their way to write a good review when they do receive great service. I would like to change that.

I sincerely wish all retailers would switch to the same customer service model as contactlensxchange. I've ordered with them on four separate occasions over the past few years. Every time has left me feeling completely satisfied. I order online, and each time, I will receive a confirmation receipt immediately after the payment process. The receipt will state all the relevant information about my order and I am assured that I have ordered the right item.

There is one time that I had accidentally processed my order with the wrong prescription and it was quickly resolved when I contacted the customer service (On the same day) .
I am impressed by the level of service that I received.

I'm really hoping that there are other people out there that feel the same way. I'm tired of some companies that only care about your money and not you as an individual. I must be honest I expected the worst when ordering lenses this way. But i'm happy to report I was wrong. Not only did the lenses, in the ordered rx, arrive undamaged and as advertised; but they arrived at my door via fedex. I would have received the contacts within 4 days if not for U.S.Customs, that placed a hold on them, even though it was a small order they still shipped international priority through FedEx. Unfortunately, customs put a hold on the order to verify contents, but the shipper stayed on top of the situation with FedEx and emails to me with status info, and had my lenses to me 3 days later. Getting them released to me and delivered to my front door, in three days after being held by customs was no easy task. I received no less than 3 emails from customer service, at contact lens exchange, with updates that kept me informed as to progress in completing my order. The delay wasn't their fault but they still assumed responsibility for their shipment. They were always considerate and helpful in all correspondence, and seemed genuine in their concern for filling my order.the price was similar to those in the USA. I PLAN TO REORDER through them in the future. This level of customer care was extraordinary, given the small dollar amount! My hat's off to both contact lens exchage and fedex, good job and thank you once again

Also be sure to verify the lens quantity before buying. These guys are the only store I have seen that sell 3 lenses in a box versus the usual 6. At least the CIBA lenses.

Prices at other sites are MUCH cheaper.

Plus shipping cost are very high and slow to US since they are in Asia.

They first accepted the payment and went silent for 3 weeks. Finally told them they needed to ship, so they finally did. They sent me 3/4 boxes, when I had ordered 4. So 1 pair was missing, thus meaning I paid for 4 boxes and only received 3. Contacted them about the issue and they went silent. Shady as **** company.

I can't believe how misleading and uninformative their advertising is!! Contact lenses from other sellers are 6 (six) per box. I understand their price is much lower but unfortunately it did not occur to me that the difference would be only 2 lenses per box. I didn't see that until after receiving them and then going back to their website to see what I had originally missed. Had I seen the 2 lenses per box, I would NOT have ordered from them. Oh, and shipping costs from overseas was $15.56!

I am greatly disappointed. I thought I had found a great deal. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for. If it's too good to be true...
