Received ny lenses on the 19th September after ordering on the 10th. I live in England, so was really pleased with the quick delivery.
I have astigmatism and a fairly high powered prescription. You can't get toric coloured lenses which is a big shame. I have dark brown eyes and I wanted to change up my image a little. I was originally looking for a dark hazel lens but as I Saud they are not available in toric lenses.I then came across Boots the chemist doing accuvue define lenses. But what they were offering wasn't great. And I wasn't too impressed with the price for so little a difference.
I searched online and noticed that far eastern countries were prolific in contact lens products. I didn't like the idea of these Circle lenses which appear to damage eye health. So I went for the accuvue vivid lens from contact lens. Before, I placed the order I emailed their customer service to make sure I was doing the right thing.
I gave them my prescription and they replied that these lenses are not designed for astigmatism. They suggested I adjust my prescription up, that could compensate a fair bit for vision quality.
So the lenses arrived. They came in original genuine accuvue packaging. I wear Accuvue Moist for astigmatism normally, so I know the packaging. They are extremely comfortable which is what I expect from Accuvue. My family could see their was something different about me but couldn't work out what. My husband said my eyes looked beautiful, but thought it was my make up. So I was pleased with the affect. Unfortunately because, they are not completely the right prescription I'd wear them for social occasions only and not for work which has a lot of reading and pc work.
I will use Contact lens Exchange again and maybe use them for my regular prescription.

The price of the lens are perfect. There are some which is more expensive but you can always find cheaper lenses as well.

I got several pairs of cosmetic lenses so far and they are beautiful. All the lens I ordered are in excellent condition. I received many praises from my friends and sometimes strangers too on the lenses which I worn.

Contactlensxchange is my Number 1 choice and most favored lens store.

The shipment came in just fine, but the contacts are not good quality. I spent $90 on the same kind of contacts That I used to get from the eye dr. The contacts from this company feels so fake. The minute I put my contacts in my eyes were SO red and irritating. I emailed them telling them that my eyes are having a bad reaction, and they send me an obvious explanation like your eyes could be just allergic. My eyes are not allergic -__- another problem is that at times it won't stick to my eyes. Third problem is that you can see the blue out lining around your pupil (not cute). To wrap up explaining this scam company, my colored contacts tore in my eye at night while driving! Boy was that painful! I emailed the proof and they sent me another excuse saying that I tore it. I just laughed because this company is not professional and is only good at making up excuses rather than making the customer happy. So I spent $90 and threw everything away within a week.

I don't always take the opportunity to write reviews unless the service is outstanding.

I am always leery of online purchases, especially when it comes to health care items.

You just never know how long the shipping will take or if the merchant does, indeed have the items in stock for immediate shipment.

A vendor can have the most elaborate and sophisticated website ever and still not deliver the goods...literally and figuratively!

Eventually, I looked at several online contact lens stores and chose contactlensxchange.com based on their customer reviews and my gut feelings.

I learned that ordering contact lenses online is much cheaper than ordering them directly from the optometrist's office.

So, for the last two year's I've gotten my prescription from my optometrist and ordered my lenses online.

I've searched and compared over 5 different websites every time I order contact lenses online, and taking into account the list price, shipping, reliability, customer reviews etc...Contactlensxchange.com is consistently the better one.

I was a bit wary at first ordering from a website that is not as well-known like 1-800-CONTACTS, but I eventually "bite the bullet" and go for it .

The order form was straight forward and simple to fill out.

Lucky me ! My DD pays off and the shipping came promptly without any problem and it is indeed worthwhile purchasing from this company. Since then, I have always purchase my replacement lens from contactlensxchange.com without any problems.

I really appreciate it when the vendor includes contact information about themselves on their website, where they are located and how to contact them. They are not trying to hide or make it difficult to get in touch with them.

What really impressed me were the prompt shipping and customer service !!!!

Go to their main page (still there as of 1/5/14) and the first ad you see states "No Sales Tax & Handling Fees" the no handling fee's is a false claim because they charge you $1.80. They do state there is a $1.80 handling fee in their shipping policy, but either they are using false advertising to lure customers in, or they don't bother to update their website with current information which is quite incompetent. I don't know about you but that doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in this company for me. I emailed them about the false ad and at first they tried to say "Kindly be advised that different webstore have their own method in pricing their product hence it may not be the same with one another", but the problem is the ad stating no handling fee's links to every product on the website. After several emails they finally admitted to the fact it was wrong and said they would get it fixed, I then placed an order for the contacts I wanted, Air Optix for Astigmatism. The next day I get an email from them saying "Our logistic just reported that we do not have your exact prescription that you have ordered hence we will not be able to process your order". It could be true they don't have my prescription in stock, or they just want to piss me off for trying to point out a major flaw on their website. Either way even though this site may have the lowest prices I'll pay the $10 extra to get my contacts from a reputable company that act in a more professional manner.

I will definitely place my contact lens order with contactlensxchange again in the future.

Very satisfied with their service, and the shipping was pretty good too. Not only was the service excellent, but contaclensxchange has good range of best quality color contact lens.

Prior to my ordering I had tried searching the web for good quality contact lens and found a few choices but somehow chosen contactlensxchange base on a few good review about them, so... I ordered my color contact lens!

This brand is from a reputable company in North Korea (GEO Medical) which cost only US$18.90!

Well... it is excitement at first and then I realize that I may be making a mistake ordering from a company that I do not know. Nonetheless, I had already done it, I guess I just have to trust my gut feel and hope for the best.

Like many nervous first time, I had also tried contacting the customer service just to ease my worry about this first order. The customer service staff is always very friendly and patience with me (assuring me that everything is fine and my tracking number is also showing the status)

And Yes… The product arrived in good time, I was relieved!

Excitedly I follow the instruction found in the package and used the product and.. it is incredible!

The color contact lens really enhance my eyes and it feel very comfortable.

I cannot believe it that I look different, even my best friend is excited.

Be careful!!! I ordered Air Optix Aqua MultiFocal lenses from this company after much price comparison. The price was the least I could find, though not by much (after the hefty shipping charge) but every little bit helps. The order came to $20 less than the last time I ordered these lenses. It took over 2 weeks for them to arrive but I was willing to wait for a good price. Imagine my shock when I opened the package to find that the lens boxes contain only 3 lenses, not the standard 6! I went back to the web page and yes, it does state that there are only 3 lenses, but I have ordered these contacts many times before from different companies (and other types of lenses too) and they always come in boxes of 6 so I never paid any attention to that. It never crossed my mind that it wouldn't be 6. So the decent price I thought I was getting actually was a really, really bad price!!! I paid $167 for 12 lenses. I am sick to my stomach about this. I wrote the company and they wrote me back right away pointing out all the ways it was my fault and stating that they cannot take the lenses back, even if they are unopened. So ... live and learn. I would never order from this company again, even if they did have the best price. Please beware and don't make the same mistake I did. And if you still decide to order from them, be sure you don't need your lenses right away because it's going to take a while to receive.

All the bad reviews have got to be fake...I have been ordering contacts from here for 2 -3 years.

Some time there is alittle "hiccups" due to festive season but the package still arrive.

I had also experince defective lens when i received them ( i think due to rough handling by the postal service ) but once i contacted the customer serivce, the problem was resolved and a new set of replacement was send by express mail plus 2 free lens!

All in all I've been with ordering from them for about 2-3 years & my experience had been great, good prices too (a little cheaper than my optometrist). I had one defective contact lens experience on my last order but didn't realize how easy it was to get a replacement. Now I know to just contact the responsive customer service & problem solved.

They sent me the wrong lenses with the wrong model and no power. They did not apologize and asked me to send more than 20 pictures. It took so long for me to prove them that they sent me the wrong lenses. There is no way to call them because they are stationed overseas. One item did not even delivered. I said that the item was not received, they just say that they sent it! No apologies what so ever, and they deny everything that they did wrong. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

I had wanted something subtle and have that "dolly eye". Not only do these lenses have the exact look that I was going for. They are extremely comfortable too ! They feel so natural and comfortable that sometimes I had forgotten I am wearing them.

This is a great site for ordering contacts. The prices for contacts are much cheaper than eye doctor's offices. contactlensxchange has become the only place I order my contacts from. They also have great GEO Circle lenses and is really comfortable. I highly recommend this site!!!

I used to get my lenses from another webstore but randomly came across this store one day. Price-wise, it's a little bit cheaper but I was a little iffy since I had never ordered from them before. What completely got me hooked wasn't the cheaper price but the outstanding service. I received my lenses in about a week, which is almost 3 times as fast as any other sites that I've tried.
