Flawless Installation
Installation was completed professionally within 2 hours, engineer was very pleasant, introduced himself on arrival and advised me of the work he was carrying out. I was left with no mess whatsoever, he tidied up as he went along. After installation he had the patience to talk me through how to operate the Alarm.
My initial visit prior to having the Alarm fitted was excellent too, everything explained professionally and no hard sell, my friend had recommended Contact Security to me and I am glad she did, as I now have peace of mind. I would recommend this company to my friends also, if they are looking for an Alarm to be fitted, first class service.

We compared services and prices with other providers and found CSS to be much better value for money. Their service was excellent from the first telephone call to the engineer who fitted the system for us. My son had used CSS and highly recommend them to us. So far very impressed and having the system installed has given great peace of mind. Thank you to all the staff.

Alarm is easy to set and inset using the app or keypad.

Salesman was really good - not pushy at all. Guy that came to install was fab - took his time to show us how it all worked, was really chatty and friendly. Excellent service!

Alarm & CCTV installation
From the point of contact with George and the the visit from Barry to advise on what products I would require and there was no pressure, then the install nine days later by Andy & Jamie who were very knowledgeable on the alarm & cctv equipment that was being installed and they cleaned up after themselves and left the place the way they found it, highly recommended

Brilliant brilliant brilliant
I have used this company for 14 years and they are by far the best company I have dealt with. They clearly dedicate themselves to first class customer services across their entire workforce and includes the owner who leads his staff by example. I would recommend them to anyone getting an alarm or CCTV exceptional service.

Great service from Contact Security. Annual service completed by young knowledgeable gentleman. Checked all alarm settings and batteries changed, arrived at time I requested and was done in 20-30 minutes. Smart dressed in Contact Security workwear . Great service which I’m used to as I have been a customer for coming up on 8 years .

Absolutely amazing service from Johnny/Jonny (sorry if ive got the spelling wrong) the Engineer Manager who has helped us a couple of times on the phone and again today with a service call. An absolute gem of a guy and a true credit to Contact Security, nothing has been a problem when speaking to him on the phone and again today face to face he always sorts anything we have asked about there and then. He is exactly what we have come to expect when we have had any reason to call or had any engineers out at our Camera & Security System from Contact Security who are an outstanding company who we would always recommend them as they are and always have been spot on but Johnny/Jonny your were absolutely stand out 👍
