We have sadly had to have our suite…
We have sadly had to have our suite replaced afyer only a few months due to faults. The service and consideration we were shown was amazing. We were listened to, talked to and heard. Nothing was too much trouble from start where we contacted Elaine in customer services,to dealing with Paul in the showroom.We have found a suite which we are happy with Paul phoned around making sure we got the best deal they could give us. Hopefully this time we have our suite for a long time with no issues.

Friendly team, quality furniture.
The team at Cooke’s were friendly, helpful and informative. They have a wide range of options that helped us find exactly what we wanted. Our chairs arrived in time and the quality is superb. We even went back and bought more chairs and a sofa.

A Departure from Cookes’ Usual Staff Excellence
I’ve always found Cookes to be consistently excellent — knowledgeable, courteous and genuinely helpful. This visit was no exception in terms of the product advice I had visited the store for. Sadly though, the member of staff who collected a small clearance chair that had caught my eye, completed the sale and brought it to my car was uncharacteristically dismissive, far less courteous than I’ve experienced in my decades of using the store.

There is a great selection of furniture…
There is a great selection of furniture to suit all tastes and styles, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was professional with care to the property and all packaging was taken away. Great service.

Exceptional staff and furniture at Cookes
All the staff at Cookes without exception were excellent, knowledgeable, helpful, and responded quickly to questions. We bought 2 settees, a dining table and a bed and are very pleased with them all. We would like to mention Skye, Simon and Jane (on the Hammonds Furniture concession) in particular. A quality store and a very enjoyable experience.

Exceptional service, excellent products and highly recommended
We recently bought new sofas and living room furniture and a dinning room table from Cookes Goosemoor Lane Birmingham. We bought so much because of the quality, choice and value for money we received and now we not only have fabulous looking furniture in our new home which is of excellent quality but the whole experience dealing with Cookes was superb from start to finish. From the minute we walked in the door to the final delivery of our new sofas to Kent today we received exceptional service. Staff were professional throughout, went above and beyond and were also knowledgeable and personable. We can’t recommend Cookes enough. Well done and thank you!

We received the sort of excellent service from Cookes that we have come to expect. The purchase was very straight forward and professional; we appreciated the free coffee and biscuits in the cafe area!
