Really helpful and good communication for online order.
Ordered online but only half the order was available. The store team called me to let me know and see if I wanted to do a partial collection. Then they called just before the bank holiday to let me know the whole order was in, really great! Also when loading the collection into the car the team were really careful and made sure it was secure without bumping my car interior.

Shower enclosure replacement
I bought a bathroom suite from Coomers in Bordon about 6 years ago. However, the whole glass side panel of the shower enclosure shattered out of the blue. I called and spoke to Louise, bathroom sales consultant, and she located my original order for me. I sent her photographs of the damaged shower enclosure. She promptly contacted the supplier and arranged for the shower enclosure to be replaced free of charge within 3-5 working days. It has been a really stressful experience, but Louise has been amazing and so efficient in dealing with it; great customer service that I cannot fault.
