Always great to order from. Knowledgeable and personable!

I was looking to purchase an HP All in One Printer. Sy helped me choose the one that was best for me. Then he worked with me to get a shipping dated that worked for me. Thank you.

Sy, the manager, was extremely helpful and was able to give me a better price than other company's quotes.

The multifunction machine we purchased works great. If it wasn't for Sy's help, I would have purchased more than we really needed.

I truly felt that he cared about my experience over profit. Copyfaxes will be our new supplier for this type of equipment.

I recently bought an HP 4250n from Copyfaxes.com, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Sy provided exceptional assistance throughout the process, offering valuable insights and ensuring a smooth transaction.

The printer itself, a refurbished HP 4250n, has exceeded my expectations. It works flawlessly, and I appreciate the quality of both the product and the service, as well as the low price.
If you're in the market for hard to find, discontinued, or refurbished printers and want excellent customer service, I highly recommend Copyfaxes.com. Five stars without a doubt!

The personal service and knowledge of products was nothing less than exceptional.

Thank you to Sy at Copyfaxes for going out of his way to help me with my purchase!! He contacted me after placing the order to confirm that I purchased the item I wanted and helped to find the right ribbons that I would need for the typewriter in the near future. It’s a Christmas Gift for my daughter and he was so helpful in getting my purchase to me as soon as possible. Item arrived in excellent condition. Thank you Sy for helping me to play Santa! Happy Holidays!

I bought multiple printers from Copyfaxes. I've dealt with Kevin and Sy, both of who were very helpful in finding us the perfect products for our needs. We plan to purchase all our printers from Copyfaxes.com.

SY,
Thank you for your excellent help and fast shiping on
my laser jet P1102W printer , i got it in the mail thursday 10-12-23. It is working perfectly

Provided a suitable replacement product with friendly knowledgeable service. Great to work with.

Great service and SY went the distance to really help me out. I will be using this company in the future as well.

So, I ordered a printer that showed to be in stock, but I didn't get charged for shipping or get confirmation on my order. They give you a number to call to expedite/confirm your order, so I called and Sy picked up. After a brief exchange he informed me that the unit I ordered did show in stock, but they were both DOA units. Did that stop Sy from providing excellent customer service? NOPE! He immediately and unprompted started to search for and list other options for me. I was able to take these back to my customer and we agreed on a solution. Once again, I called in to the number and The Me-SY-ah answers the phone! Two to three minutes later, boom I am updating my client with good news!
Very satisfied with this process and customer service!

Spoke with Sy. He was very courteous and a pleasure to speak with. He saved us a 'ton' of money on our purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services. The purchase process was very easy. Since we (our company) are not copier experts, Sy filled the gap and sold us what we needed, and more importantly, did not sell us what we didn't need. I 100% recommend Copyfaxes.

The only place I go for printers. Sy Ryan takes care of me every time I call. I cannot express how awesome he is with customer service. Sy is a genuine treasure in the industry.

The Staff at copyfaxes is top notch

copy and printer needs
I have no need to shop anywhere else !!

My small business was in the market for an all-in-one laser printer. After shopping around, I selected the CopyFaxes store. It was a good decision. This store has the best prices. The staff is easy to talk with. They are very concerned about customer satisfaction. They described products clearly. They seemed to be able to understand what I needed with little input from me. They went above and beyond my expectations with delivery time and service after the sale. Tom at Able Systems
