I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. This has been one of the most distressing and frustrating experiences I have ever encountered.

Communication was consistently poor, with a significant lack of clear and timely information throughout the process. Matters progressed very slowly and appeared to be delayed until the very last possible moment, which created unnecessary complications. As a result, my entire chain was put at serious risk and made nearly impossible to manage.

The situation caused me considerable stress and anxiety, including a panic attack. Additionally, I found the customer service to be unprofessional, impolite, and at times arrogant.

Overall, the experience fell far below acceptable standards, and I cannot recommend their services.

My husband and I recently worked with Vivi for our remortgage. She was approachable and kept keeping us in the loop with emails and easily explained the steps. The all experience was not at all stressful.

At a loss to explain the completely unprofessional behaviour from Sally Hare and her team. After seven months no progress was made on our conveyancing. Our emails were ignored. Requests for phone calls and voicemails ignored. When you telephone reception they will in no circumstances put you through to your solicitor. We have been forced to engage new solicitors, who have achieved in five weeks what Core Legal could not in over six months. I cannot understand how an apparently professional firm can behave in this manner. I would not recommend them in any way - they have put us and the entirety of our chain through unimaginable stress.

We initially had Tiffany as our case handler before we were transferred across to Vivi. Vivi was very helpful in assisting with our re-mortgage whilst also dealing with Help to Buy England to pay off our equity loan. We received prompt replies to any queries and were kept updated throughout the process. We also had to amend our completion date due to early repayment fees due on our previous mortgage which Vivi did with no bother. The whole process was made straight forward for us. Thanks again
