Appallingly slow delivery with lousy tracking.
Item ordered 26th Oct, item confirm dispatched on 28th Oct and supplied a Royal Mail tracking reference. Tracking number consistently states, ‘No updates, please check back again tomorrow’ so after a week elapses with no change or delivery I phone to check if there’s a problem. Apparently not. Yes my order WAS dispatched on 28th to Royal Mail using some Business Service arrangement Cork Farm have with them, no the business service they use won’t provide any en-route tracking details and will only update once the delivery has actually been made (erm… what on earth is the use of that for someone expecting to track a delivery and anticipate the delivery day) and, insult to injury, yes the business service they have set up with Royal Mail really does take the full 10 days to get from A to B. What on earth do Royal Mail do with these packages once they have them? Store them in a warehouse for a week before processing them and getting on with the logistics of delivery?
Okay, I opted for the free delivery option, but as I do with very many online businesses but this from Cork Farm Equestrian genuinely is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Even the worst of the worse bargain couriers do a better and faster job making delivery.
I cannot remotely recommend Cork Farm Equestrian’s ‘Free’ delivery, even if your order total qualifies you.
One to avoid unless you’re happy paying extra for a delivery that doesn’t take the P***.
