Sent to me instead of the intended recipient despite me checking via email that it was going to the correct address! They then promised a replacement which apparently arrived 4 days after despatch and was dumped on the doorstep without knocking. Complete waste of time and money and they don't seem to know what they are doing. No response to my email either. Will never order from them again!

Great website and competitively priced. Customer service is fantastic, and they even took the time to contact me outside of working hours. Friendly helpful staff. I bought a hamper for a Fathers Day gift and it was very well received. The feedback I was given was that it well and attractively packaged. The goods were tasty and my Dad and Stepmum couldn’t wait to dive in!!

What can I say.
I purchased a large cream tea for my sister as all the family are going to Weymouth on Sunday 4 may.
It's a special time as she is very ill and has not got long to live.
Unfortunately the cream tea won't be at the hotel for her.
On my purchase I firstly put down delivery on Friday 2 may(week day deliveries are free)
But during checkout there was a option to select sat 03 may for a extra cost of £6.50
So I selected that option and the green selector changed from free Friday delivery to the extra £6.50 sat 03 may delivery.
Reason I paid the extra £6.50 sat 03 may delivery is because I wanted the cream tea to be as fresh as possible for my family.
Here is the problem .
Despite me paying the extra money for the sat delivery.
(The company has sent the hamper a day early and it will be delivered today(Fri 02 may)and that is no good as I am out at work. (hence another reason I wanted a sat delivery.
Despite me sending the company many emails with photos attached showing I paid extra for sat 03 may delivery
(They are saying I picked a Fri delivery and clearly they want to pocket the extra £6.50 shame on you Cornish hampers .

So my sister that I won't have around for much longer will not get her cream tea in her hotel room !
Am so so annoyed!
And to the company .you can reply to this review and try and twist things as much as you like .
But people are not stupid and will work things out for them selfs on this subject.
When I calm down I will work out what I am going to do about this as I will take this further.
A very unhappy and never to return customer .

The website was well set up and really easy to use. So many websites can't deal with the delivery and billing addresses being different so it was so refreshing to use a site tgat did it simply. The companies custoner service was excellent, everyone seemed very helpful and curtious. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. The delivery was done on time and DX kept me well informed on the day. I would highly recommend CornishHampers to everyone.

Unfortunately after having problems with the website, my order of the sweet and Savoury hamper got delivered to the wrong adress. After emailing to find out what happened I got a reply with pictures of someone elses house reciving the hamper, In which they gave the wrong last name on receiving, and them stating that the address was put in wrong and there suggestion was to ask my 73 year old grandad to find the house and recive the package three days later. I understand things go wrong but they did not even sugest a helpful outcome.

I was very late ordering. My hamper for a friends birthday who lived in the highlands.I had an e mail assuring me it would be delivered on the correct date and it was .the quality of the afternoon tea was brilliant.

Ordered a cream tea hamper as a gift, which should have consisted of scones, cream, jam, 2 packs of biscuits and tea bags. Delivered on time but both packs of biscuits missing. Really disappointing and poor value for money. Complained and was offered 10% off next order - don't think I'll be bothering with that!

Terrible customer service.
Having ordered from you before with no problems, my last order was not fit for consumption on arrival. Despite contacting the company with photographic evidence of mould on the scones there was no offer of a refund or replacement item.
The company denied there could be any problem and refused to accept there was a problem.
This company does not appear to care about its consumers if there is a problem.
Thoroughly dissatisfied with the appalling customer service. Shan’t be using you again.

I would like to say I have ordered hampers on a regualr basis since last year for all of my family and friends and they have thoroughly enjoyed their treats! Excellent service, easy to order and superb products! I can't wait to treat my self one day! Thank you for such wonderful treats! Excellent website

Fantastic company. Overnight delivery and everything so fresh. Ordered one for delivery Saturday and they were delighted with it. One more being delivered tomorrow. Customer service excellent

I ordered 3 Cornish Tea hampers for 3 different members of my family. They absolutely loved them. Well packaged, delivered when they said they would be, and very very tasty. Generous portions too. Great value for money. Highly recommend. They helped bring a smile to my family members. Thank you

I ordered the fruit cream tea delivery for my Mum’s 70th birthday. I wanted something special as we were not able to celebrate with her. She was delighted. The packaging was perfect as she loves Cornwall (I choose the Cornwall scene box), it arrived in the morning of her birthday- perfect as she was able to enjoy it for her lunch. She was so surprised and loved it so much that she apparently cried on opening. She said that it was delicious. Thank you so much Cornish Hampers for helping to make my Mums birthday special.

I ordered 3 afternoon tea hampers for elderly friends we couldn't take out for Christmas due to Covid, they arrived on requested day, and all three have said food is delicious, would not hesitate to use again.

I've used this company twice now and I'll certainly do so again.
The choice of hampers is very good and ordering is easy. The recipients of both have been delighted with the contents, which are quality items.
Delivery is quick (both packages were delivered early) and the packaging is good (I selected the standard boxes with Cornish scenes, which I'm told were lovely), so contents were not damaged.
