I have to commend Robert who works at this company for his EXCELLENT customer service, brilliant sales mind and his patience. I had been in store, looked round decided I didn’t like anything and was literally walking out done when Robert stopped me. He asked me some questions I told him I had a couple of pieces of bedroom furniture at home but couldn’t find anything matching, that I’d look online at a later date… wait for sales see what I could do from home. I thanked him and was going to go. He didn’t just let me leave, he told me to hold on, stood with me and researched furniture on the computer, matched my current items gave me other options when the sizes wouldn’t work and got me exactly what I needed. I’m telling you now The Cotswold Company would not have got that sale if it wasn’t for him. This man needs a promotion! Thank you Robert, I’m truly appreciative and look forward to receiving the two chests of drawers that I bought.

Such a great Team at The Cotswold Company, Braintree. Rob, Mark & Darren could not have been more helpful. Bought two beautiful light fittings and will be back to try to source bedroom furniture from the ever changing stock later in the year.

Highly recommend the Braintree Outlet store. The store had a super selection of quality items and i purchased several items. Really impressed with the friendly service from the whole team, especially Layla who went above and beyond, helping pack and load our items. Will definitely return.
