Sarah was very helpful showing me different tables. Stow on the Wold shop were helpful too. It would have been hard to select a table without seeing them in the flesh.

Great store experience
Louise was a great help when choosing our new sofas....it's a big decision and she gave us all the information we needed in a pleasant but not overbearing way. Great store experience and fab to be able to see the products and fabrics before we placed our order.

Lovely shop in Stamford
Lovely shop in Stamford, with really friendly and helpful staff. I wasn't aware that you have to order, rather than purchase the items there and then, however that did not impact my experience.

Some problems but quickly rectified
We purchased a whole room of matching furniture - sideboard, console table, 2 sofa tables and large coffee table. We were disappointed that two of the tables were not properly constructed and I was told no more were in stock . However the company was proactive in sending out a furniture restorer who identified incorrect screws had been used and rectified the problem. We are now very happy with the overall look of the furniture and our cosy new lounge
