Cotswold Koi Opiniones 

I have used Cotswold koi a couple of times now and on both occasions had to call for advice first. The chap was very patient with my questions and I ordered shortly after. Goods arrived promptly and well packaged. Second time was for a box liner and underlay again some great advice I ordered an three days later a big package arrived. It was estimated as two weeks. They obviously have a great supplier
So overall an excellent service and they will get my business when I need fish n pond stuff.

Orderd a box of mountain tree lotus root gen 3 and 6 sets of 3 mountain tree hanging hooks plus a bottle of lacto bacteria. Sadly 1 piece of mountain tree lotus root arrived(12 is in a box) and only 4sets of of mountain tree hanging hooks (2sets of 4 and 2sets of 5)and the bottle of lacto bacteria,🤦‍♂️

Thought is was an obvious mistake so I messaged them to say my order is incorrect it should be a box of 12 not a single piece and that iam 2sets of hanging hooks missing as I’ve ordered 6 sets and you have sent 4. Eventually they worked out it should be a whole box of mountain tree lotus root and said they would re send it which they did,minus the single one which they had already sent. This is where I only give two stars when it came to sending the extra 2 sets of hanging hooks I was told they have sent me 18sets just in 4packets!! Unfortunately that’s not how the mountain tree hook sets work,so I messaged back saying I still need the two sets I’ve ordered because you only get 1hook in each set! So eventually they agreed to send me two more when I received my box of media only 1hook set was with it 🤦‍♂️at this point I’ve lost all faith in this company that doesn’t know how the products they sell actually work and I couldn’t be bothered to ask for my extra hanging hook set which I’ve paid for to be sent on to me

I can only describe Cotswold Koi as the eqivalent of a dubious fairground hawker. Promised to look into a part delivered order but still waiting his 'investigation' into the missing item. From the number of bad reviews I am only one of many saps that have been caught. Avoid at all costs!

Went to pick up a fish won at auction. Rob was very helpful in that when we asked about one koi he discounted it because of fins as it got put in the bag it had soars and wouldn’t sell it to us which is great that he was honest. Our fish we won is in a healthy condition. He was very friendly will be going to look at koi again.

Unhelpful and complete lack of customer service. There are much better places to spend your hard earned money. If you have an issue with an order they will not help you, will ignore emails and talk down to you on the phone. AVOID.

Had my first and probably last order from Cotswold Koi delivered yesterday. It was delivered damaged and they want me to send the broken drain back so you can test it before sending me a replacement!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

My concrete is being delivered next week! I’m not sending back a broken drain! I have asked them to send me a replacement today so it can be fitted at the weekend but are unresponsive! Won’t be using again!

Rob came out to do a review of our pond set up in April 2024. We were told a detailed summary of the pond would follow after payment was made so we paid him promptly but the report never followed.

After a couple of months of chasing Rob told me that he wouldn't be able to get me anything before Autumn. Well Autumn came and went but unfortunately he became more and more difficult to get hold off.

I have suggested to Rob that if he if unable to remember details he can return for a second site visit, or if he is simply too busy he can refund the money but unfortunately he is now avoiding my calls and ignoring my emails.

I was having trouble with green water in my pond but had just bought a new uv light off eBay so couldn’t understand why until I checked the bulb had melted the connection.so bought new bulb from Cotswold koi the water is now clear and no melting issues..so buy your products from a reputable supplier like Cotswold koi..thanks for a fast hassle free service

Needed to call on CK for a home visit, Rob drove for 2hrs on a wet evening after work and sorted out my problems and more. Fantastic service. I would highly recommend them.

Ordered parts for my koi pond. Wasn't sure what I needed. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I now use them most of the time. They are very competitive on price. The parts they deliver are to a very high standard.
