Ordered 2 bags of salt 2 weeks ago and no sign of, so cancelled the order.

Excellent communication and koi food arrived earlier than stated.

Ordered 1lt Pond Medic Parakill - goods received a few days later, however container had leaked during shipping. Emailed Cotswold Koi and sent pictures of what I had received - response I received “sorry about that have you lost much of the product”. Given volume of liquid in the bag I replied that I estimated 10-20%. Since then I’ve had no reply to my 2 emails after nearly a week…

Placed an order but no order confirmation by email.
No information about order progress if sent out.
No information from delivery company.
Was delivered and hid behind flower pot for two days.
Once order was placed and money taken all communication stopped.Small company is know excuse.

Order placed on Friday so I though next day delivery would be Monday due to weekend but no turned up on Saturday

The plug in connection/transformer isn't ideal as it will not fit into an external weatherproof socket so I will - probably - have to cut the wire which may invalidate the warranty? The delivery and response from Cotswold Koi is super, as always. Great group of helpful chaps. Thanks.

I have found cotsworld koi by searching on Google. I was a bit desperate to find the right treatment for one of my kois, after been in few koi places in my area and not having much success I decided to call cotsworld. By describing the problem to the gentleman on the phone he diagnosed right away the problem, bought the treatment and the koi is getting better every day. After that positive experience I bought more items and as I mentioned in my other reviews, Cotswold is now my first choice before considering elsewhere. I Highly recommend cotsworld.

Purchased a bespoke box welded pond liner, which arrived quickly and was so easy to install. Took literally 5 minutes to pull into place, no folding or creases, would recommend a box liner and Cotswold Koi to anyone
