Matthew (Cotswold Plumbers) provided a prompt, efficient and professional service. After discussing our options and agreeing the best approach he quoted for the work and committed to an agreed schedule (replacement of old h/w tank with pressurised unvented tank). The work was completed on time and cost, also to an excellent standard. The improved performance in our h/w and c/w supply pressure was impressive, as he had predicted. When a minor subsequent problem was identified he returned promptly to rectify at no additional cost. I would have no hesitation using Matthew's services again.

His work to replace the old boiler with a new Worcester boiler was excellent. Matthew was so efficient and you would never have known he had been in the house. To add to this he was so polite. Fantastic company and a wonderful end result. I'm thinking up as many new jobs as I can, that's how much I want to use them again! New boiler installation and removal of old cost £3600, including vat, which was just a touch more expensive than other local firms. But I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and their behaviour during the free quote visit put them to the top of the list - Matthew took off his shoes, was steadily polite, and knew everything about our old boiler just by looking at it! Very impressive! Never tried to push extras onto me and always made me feel confident with his behaviour and advice.

Actually couldn’t be happier, from beginning to end everything went smoothly, no fuss or mess.
We had a large, heavy floor standing boiler installed upstairs. We were expecting all sorts of problems but were amazed that the work was finished in half a day with no inconvenience to us and no moaning!

In the Winter, decided to replace our obsolete gas back boiler with a modern alternative in the Spring. Got in touch with Cotswold Plumbers who had the availabilty to undertake the work, which involved disabling the back boiler and installing a new boiler in the airing cupboard. The nature of the change meant that there was a great deal of alteration to the heating system plumbing and the installation of a new flue through the roof. Matthew and Jack worked incredibly hard to complete the work in a touch over 1 1/2 days, with the cost being exactly to the quote. They were always polite and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend. Very, very pleased.

Emergency call out because the boiler had stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Came out within 3 hours fixed the boiler but also spent time explaining what had gone wrong and how to fix in future.

Just had a replacement boiler fitted and the old pressurised hot water tank removed, which had to be disconnected and cut up to get it out of a restricted cupboard. All done in a day...without disturbing the cats too much! A really efficient and thoughtful job from beginning to end...I’m already a return customer in the waiting, Highly recommended.

We're in a new place and all we wanted this time was some advice and how-to-do-it training. Cotswold Plumbers looked after our old boiler for years. Today Matthew showed us and told us what we needed to know brilliantly and patiently!

I have been using Cotswold Plumbers for many years and have always found their service outstanding. They have dealt with numerous leaks, blocked drains, faulty taps, malfunctioning toilets and installed a new hot water tank and various boilers. Installing boilers seems very complicated and requires not only knowledge of plumbing but also electronics. To date, the installations of all four boilers which Cotswold Plumbers have done for me have all gone smoothly and are still functioning well. It's always a huge relief to see the Cotswold Plumbers van drawing up to the house as I know that the latest problem is about to be solved. The tenants in the properties which I let out are equally pleased!
In addition, their time slots are quite narrow which reduces the 'waiting around' time and they manage to stick to them.
