I ordered a pair of boots 6 months ago, worn a few times and the sole of one of them fell off, I contacted customer service along with photos who refunded me in less than 24hrs. Amazing customer service and will be ordering again!

Super quality sandals that are a dream to wear. Rapid delivery time.

Wellies were poor quality. Split in multiple places after two weeks. Refused refund because I attempted to glue the first split before more appeared resulting me in deciding to just return them because they were no good. I believe this is a stupid rule because 1. If they hadn’t split in the first place I wouldn’t have needed to glue them and 2. The other shoe I did nothing to has also split

Just a great pair of boots

The gardening shoes would have been fine but were too small, despite being my usual size. As I had to pay £4.99 to return them I won't be trying a bigger size in case they don't fit either and I will have wasted £10.

Wore the shoes a couple of times with socks all good. On the 3rd time of use, my feet started to hurt during the walk, when I got home I had a large blood blisters on each my littke ties.
2+ weeks later still waiting fir the blister to heal and am unable to wear the shoes.
So very disappointing.

I bought a pair of men's walking shoes from Cotswold (via Go Outdoors) in January 2026 and they have only lasted five months of average use. The heels have split open underneath and they can't be repaired without replacing the whole unit (which would cost more than the shoes originally did!).
I was quite happy with the shoes and first and the uppers are good, but very disappointed that they only lasted this long.
