Great customer service.

I bought pfaff bobbins and they arrived promptly only to find I had bought the wrong type. After speaking to Steff on the phone I was able to return and have them replaced with the correct type. The customer service is brilliant. Steff was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I will but again from this company.

I ordered a selection of embroidery threads, they were a great price. I try to support independent businesses, I have found all the staff helpful and knowledgeable either in store or over the telephone.

Great value for money

I found a replacement foot pedal on this website for my very elderly electric Singer sewing. Using the information and descriptions given by Coulings I made a choice. The service was efficient and delivery on time. The replacement was spot on and fitted beautifully. A new lease of life for my old workhorse.

I've found their website in Google when searching for genuine Brother parts to fix a sewing machine I inherited. They have a great range of parts at low prices (compared to eBay). Postage was also reasonable, and the package arrived quickly.
Everything fit perfectly; it was an effortless and low-cost way of fixing the machine.
