Great turnaround and communication. Also great value for money.
However vital to read the information provided about how to improve the quality of the videos. I had 21 tapes converted and they were unwatchable on my Mac mini due to juddering. However when watched through VLC app or through my tv they were fine. A bit of a faff for editing but acceptable.
