Sean Ablott arrived nice and early and installed our new Broadband with ease. Very clean and polite.

The County Broadband engineer, Sean Ablott, arrived at 08:30 and introduced himself, really nice chap. He then outlined what he what about to do which was a great start.
He immediately got stuck in, carrying out the work efficiently, tidying up as he went, respectfully removing shoes inside the property. In under two hours I was up and running at 100mbps, it was a really neat job. He then took time to explain what the router did, showed passwords and left an instruction booklet writing in the main contact number inside the booklet which was strangely missed out in the printed copy.
My only criticism was that he didn’t have the ability to set my router bridging mode to allow my Mesh system to function correctly. Consequently I had to make calls to Customer Services to finally get up and running throughout my property

There has always been a problem to get Fibre into our house. After many discussions Matt Wicks came and had a look. On inspection of the sight he was able to ascertain the problem and was able to get another team to clear the problem and then the fibre cable through and then he was able to connect to our new router. He and all the guys who came to us worked hard and very personable

After attempting to cancel my contract with County Broadband, after trying to switch to TalkTalk, Donna from CB came back with a very competitive offer that I couldn't resist. Helped me renew quickly and offered a 12 month contract, which these days is very appealing.

I would definitely recommend this company, easy to get through to on the phone and they arrange everything stress free and super quick. Lee gates-deville the sales guy is brilliant and really helpful, phoned him a few weeks after booking in the fibre to change some details and it was no problem. 10/10 customer service

Donna has been fantastic, after a really awful experience trying to leave our previous wifi provider (be warned anyone trying to leave talk talk) Donna was prompt and communicative and very patient. Thank you Donna and Joshua for your work with me to resolve this!

Kyle's patience and kind assistance in a situation that I had struggled to resolve since the broadband had been connected. He went over and above the 'call of duty' during the phone call and I cannot praise his efforts enough. He deserves a bonus for this alone.

We recently had our WiFi down (total 4 days) we was let down multiple times by other engineers due to traffic problems but Matt W who came out last minute to us was amazing, fixed the problem within 20 minutes and was even earlier to the job

We changed to county broadband in april 2025.
We were impressesed with the quick ,helpful and clear response when we had a problem understanding the procedures as we are not very computer savvy.
Korshy`s technical support team deserve a positive mention.
When we had a wifi outage in june 2025 it was quickly traced and solved . The cause being tree surgeons braking a cable along the road.

Very quick response when our WiFi went down. Very helpful on the phone speaking to support who arranged a technician to come to investigate in the next few days.
Nathan Frampton (technician) arrived and swiftly sorted the problem which was caused by previous workers.

Very happy with our experience with County Broadband. From our initial enquiry with Lee, the two guys who did the external work (one was called Adam, the other sorry didn’t get his name) were lovely and respected our property to Nathan who carried out the installation. All very nice, knowledgeable and explained every step to us.

Quick reponse from the tech team and a very patient, helpful person (Leon) explained everything we needed to do to switch to a digital phone line. We feel well supported in a process I know nothing about!

The product its engineering and sales staff are brilliant but the Support Management is dreadful. They have no idea of what A CUSTOMER is. According to them they are ticket number who can only request their help and only once or else they will be penalised. They insist you have to carry out to the letter their instructions in entering your own details including cutting and pasting on their form. Senior management should review situation asap.

Oh dear! It seems that i am absolutely correct in calling this department " Inward looking" expressions of concern and apologies but in truth no action was taken for the past 2 weeks and now i am told i will not hear from County for at least another 7- 10 days. In short - no special action to be taken on behalf of the customer - no change in behaviour of this department.

The criticisms I made above should not take away the fact that County Broadband has a superb product with a sales and engineering team that is second to none. Moreover the prospect of ɓecoming market leader in my opinion is assured following the senior managements genuine desire to address the issues raised. They have very very quickly resolved the problems encountered with my order and I am most grateful for their understanding and very swift action taken. Thanks to all concerned.
