An absolute lifesaver as we went through extensive building work after water damage to our home. Pod was delivered and set up expertly and everyone has been really helpful and communications very good. Really recommend this as an option for staying in your home during building work and this is a great company to deal with.

The pod was a lifesaver after our kitchen had to be ripped out after an underfloor burst pipe . It had everything we needed and we were surprised at how well designed and easy to use it was. Chris and Phil were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and having an old house it had some challenges. Would definitely recommend , we had it for 12 weeks and it made our lives much easier. Great company, great service, great people.

Brilliant service and product. The bathroom pod has been a lifesaver for the last 7 weeks whilst we've had the work done. The pod is fully equipped with toilet, sink, shower, cupboard and heater. Came very clean. Always lovely and warm in there with piping hot water. Can highly recommend.

Excellent facility for when your kitchen is being done. The kitchen pod was put up quickly and had everything we needed in it. The staff were really friendly and helpful and didn't mind answering questions or popping back to sort out any niggles. Highly recommended!

Courtesy kitchens provided our temporary kitchen unit following a flood at our home. They were really accommodating as to the size of unit which would be best for us
The kitchen was delivered as soon as possible to our home, then set up promptly. The kitchen itself had all the amenities we needed and was in spotless condition.

We were having a nightmare. We'd flooded, we had no kitchen, and nowhere to work from home. CKB saved the day. Impeccable, friendly service from start to finish, great communication, cracking little unit, and lovely people to deal with on the phone and doing the physical set-up and collection. I hope we never have to use them again, but thank God they were there when we needed them.

Had an emergency due to water damage that knocked out all our bathrooms and cloakroom. This was supplied from directline through ICAB. The pod was clean and delivered on time. Phil was really professional. The shower itself was good considering it was a pod the only thing missing was a shaver point.

Enabled us to stay living at our property following a kitchen flood. Very useful to have appliances including washing machine and dishwasher. Excellent idea - thanks so much.

I really wanted to order that new kitchen, but the thought of being without one for a few weeks was really daunting. Step forward, though, Courtesy Kitchens & Bathrooms and their kitchen pod which fits into an existing room. The website is very clear and there are various different sizes to the kitchens – I chose the pop-up which was just right for the size of room available.

This company is marvellous. Right from the start, they were extremely helpful, gave a straightforward quotation and even though time was tight in booking the pop-up, they were most accommodating and I managed to get the installation just when required. The pop-up fitters were brilliant! My old house posed a few “difficulties”, but nothing was beyond them and their suggestions and knowledge overcame the problems and the pop-up was fitted ready for use.

It truly was a blessing, and made all the disruption of ripping out an old kitchen and fitting a new one much more bearable than it could have been.

Don’t delay – if you’re having a new kitchen fitted, make use of Courtesy Kitchens’ ideas – I can thoroughly recommend them and you’ll find their helpfulness second-to-none.

I initially declined the offer from my insurance company of a kitchen pod. Thank goodness I changed my mind! It is absolutely fantastic, just as shown on the videos.
The 2 guys who delivered it were very professional and got the pod up and running in no time. The work being done in my home was scheduled to take 2 weeks, however it is now looking like it will be a lot longer so very grateful for the pod

The Kitchen Pod has been an absolute lifesaver this winter.
It was easy to use and had everything we needed.
The young guys who delivered and collected were so lovely too.

From start to finish this has been a lifesaver, allowing us to stay local to our children’s school and not put the dog in the kennel.

On delivery, Chris was terrific. Really helpful and understood his stuff. They arrived promptly at the time advised which really helped us plan the rest of our day.

The kitchen and bathroom was impeccable! Super clean and thank goodness it was insulated, it kept the heat in which made everything a lot more comfortable.

Pick up was arranged and the same guy, Chris, arrived within the time agreed. He couldn’t have been nicer. Took us through the sign off process confirming no damage or anything like that (it’s not difficult to keep clean).

We had the kitchen/bathroom for 6 weeks and it really helped us. We’d recommend to everyone!

I had the bathroom pod dropped off and they installed it fine. I was not however told that I required an outdoor water supply ( as I live in a flat ), access to waste drain ( as thought this was also self contained ) and two electrical points ( which meant I had a bedroom window open for weeks ). I was asked by team who installed pod to sign for any damages and was asked to check the outside of pod, which I did. I was told I could be charged up to £1000 for any damages ( which I was not informed of in advance and would have changed my mind about taking this ). When i called the office to make arrangements to pick up the pod I was told I would be emailed a date. I was emailed but and given date and approx time and was assured via email they would keep me informed of any time changes. They did not show up that day at all. I emailed that night at 10pm and received an email next day to apologise and said they would arrive today but would ensure I received a call when they were 30 mins away. I did not receive that call. They just showed up and started disconnecting and putting pod onto truck. I then got call to say they were outside. I was told that damage had been done to shower tray which i then went to check. At no point, when dropped off was I asked to inspect inside of pod, only the outside and asked to makr any damage. The shower tray has a small chip on the outside lip at the side and was pointed out by the man who picked up pod. I said I was only asked to check outside of pod and never the inside which he denied. he said I was asked to sign papers which I did but was not given time to really read through as this was at the end when they were leaving and there were 5 sheets to sign. This company is unreliable, unprofessional and will leave you feeling stressed and with a large bill. Do not use.

As a company They are very thorough, and the most helpful people .Your individual needs and safety are their main priority, which is so rare .I highly recommend them .
