The quality and value for the money is superb. Customer service is excellent (even when papers are damaged from the lazy delivery people that put items out in the rain ). CC apologizes and replaces items damaged by others. I LOVE this company!!!

I have been a customer of this company for a number of years and for a relatively small company, they have the best customer ethos I've ever come across. In particular I have found the small Customer Services team to be outstanding, and whether it is replying to an email query or answering a phone call, they are efficient, friendly and a joy to deal with.

I have always found the customer service team, at Crafters Companion, very helpful and informative. They are always courteous and very pleasant.

Storage bin came missing a handle, and they offered to replace it right away. The quality of the bin is excellent. Will likely buy more!

I have absolutely no problem with customer service. Whatever situation a problem that I have submitted has always been respond to and completed to my satisfaction. My only small issue is with the shipping delivery. I live in a state Florida which this time of year the weather is unpredictable. When the delivery they made, they are left outside on the driveway exposed to the elements. I placed a notice asking them to just open the screen door and put the package in a place with it would be dry. My last order I was not home and they again put it in the driveway. If it is left outside in the rain starts, my packages are going to be destroyed. They just simply ignore my request. If they have instructions, not to leave it inside a doorway then I may not be able to order any longer because I cannot take the risk of my products getting destroyed. Please let me know what their instructions are as far as deliveries are concerned. This is the only situation that I am not happy with. This has no reflection on the customer service that I receive from your team. Keep up your good work.

My Gemini machine broke down and I rang and immediately spoke to a very helpful member of staff. She told me that, for a very reasonable set price, they would collect the machine from my home, repair it and return it. I thought the motor had died as it had worked very hard for some years. My box for carrying it about was held together with extra strong tape.and looked a mess; also, the handle could not be relied on. It was collected next day, a Saturday, and returned the following Friday. I hardly recognised it! First, a sturdy brown box and, inside,a brand new carrying case, my machine all repaired and, underneath, a new set of cutting plates!
Brilliant service, perfect repair, plus unexpected but very welcome extras. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you, so much.

This company is HORRIBLE! Emma (my first customer service rep ... GONE!). Julia (the new one is just as BAD, if not WORSE (if that's even possible). I'm beginning to think that it is all a con now. Let me see, the company has a U.S.A. warehouse but, you cannot contact anyone by phone in the U.S.A., only England. Why would they NOT have a U.S.A. contact number ... they simply do NOT want people to reach them. The company has simply gone down the gutter.

Customer service was wonderful, prompt and courteous with my request. A couple of products my customers have been waiting over a year for have significant delays due to the shipping problems around the world.
She told me I'm already on the waiting list for when they arrive and she hopes to have them soon. I hope so, my customers are getting antsy.

Traveled 52 miles to the Evesham Shop which is advertised on HobbyMaker TV. Shelves low on stock, staff no idea when items will be in, some items ordered in September of last year still awaiting delivery. Dire situation. Went for £230 worth of goods came back with fray check and some fabric pens which I could have got locally.

I love Crafter's Companion's products. The shipping isn't the best. My items were delivered to my neighbors house. I received notice that one package was out for delivery then it didn't arrive until days later. Some items were missing but their customer service was great. They shipped the missing item that was still available quickly and refunded the other item. The shipping issues are the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Item arrived quickly, well packaged and free postage. Had difficulty registering warranty on website so emailed them. Customer service was excellent and issue sorted quickly. Thank you Kaitlyn

I dislike the shipping problems in the US. Not getting emails that items have shipped or when they're out for delivery. (Had 2-hour notice before product delivered). Don't understand why your liquid glues cannot be purchased or delivered to the US. Was really waiting for CC to offer the new Tacky Glue pens and needed more Collall glue but cannot purchase now but did in UK before moved warehouse moved to US.

I had a problem with an order from over a month ago. I informed CC and sent pictures of the order. They promptly responded that the order was lost in transit, and would resent the order. It took less than a week for me to receive the items.
I am very satisfied with the prompt service I received.

An unusual event for crafters companion having received a faulty piece of equipment, soon rectified, photographic proof and a polite letter, bought about an immediare reply and replacement. So well done customer services, this standard of care is why i always use you.

Customer service is excellent at Crafter's Companion. The reps are so sweet and kind in their replies. I appreciate that when I contact them about something, they will help me, and the solution is always in favor of the customer. That's truely great service!! Rather than write negative comments on FB or YouTube about a problem you've had, I highly recommend contacting Customer service. They will know what to do and you will be satisfied with the outcome!!

Ordered and received but was missing one small item. I could've ignored it as trivial but decided to reach out and see what would happen. Within 24 hrs Kaitlyn got back to me and verified my order and sent this one missing pen out to me ASAP. Customer Service, especially for the little things, sure adds up to the big deal!!!

I’ve been shopping with crafters companion for a little over three years. Their quality of products is outstanding. The value for money is exceptional. The live tutorial tutorials they give for the use of their products is fabulous. I will continue to shop with them however, there are times when it takes customer service quite some time to get back to you. Unfortunately, my phone plan doesn’t allow me to call when you do call. They answer the phone right away they take care of any issue. It’s the fact of answering emails, which is sometimes slow but for the most part I’m very happy with crafters companion and will continue to be a customer.
