Crafty Arts Opiniones

Five star service from receipt of order until delivery.
Good communication and fast and well packed shipping.

Will use again.

I ordered the Mapac A2 size Designer Heavy Duty Case, for personally transporting a framed painting. Excellent quality product at a very reasonable price. Website very easy to negotiate and full range of payment method options. E-mail order confirmation was received seconds after placing order. Extremely rapid dispatch and subsequent delivery. The case was very appropriate packaged for transit (very study box, with protective internal packing material) and the item arrived in perfect condition. Totally happy with my purchase and all aspects of the service provided, and will also be ordering the same item in A3 size from them. Can only highly recommend based on my experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So glad to have found crafty arts. Not only did I find what I was looking for, but came to realise subsequently, the vast range of products for both arts and crafts. I can't wait to discover more. Thank you crafty arts.

Great, managed to find Two Schipper paint by numbers that I was looking for! Havn’t done them yet but are in my stash!

I bought from this company a few weeks ago but I’ve only just used the paint ink I bought. So happy with these inks I have to buy more. Bought online and the goods arrived quite quickly! Looking forward to buying more from the crafty Art shop!

1st time I’ve used Crafty Arts but definitely won’t be the last.
I saw exactly what I was looking for a very very reasonable price. Placed my order and received a confirmation email straight away. I was expecting a wait for the delivery but it arrived within a couple of days all carefully packaged.
So good not to be charged an arm and leg for postage and receive everything intact !!
Well done guys , great service.

Very impressed with this company. Items were delivered promptly and were just what I wanted.

Purchased recently, great service and an amazing range of products. Will be ordering again soon

Products were purchased on sale and they were delivered quickly and good quality.

Noticed an item I wanted was on sale and ordered it. It arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted.

Excellent Value and Delivery. 2kg of DAS for roughly the same price as 1kg in the few places that stock it on the high street

Excellent to deal with quality art materials very pleased highly recommend crafty arts

Fantastic products, quick delivery time, love all of the crafty stuff for my granddaughter, and I must say that the crepe paper is of a thick quality and was fantastic for wrapping my soaps in, will definitely use this store again!
Thank you 😊

So impressed with Crafty Arts! Ordered something yesterday to arrive by Christmas with next day delivery. But when I paid by Apple Pay it defaulted to standard delivery which might not have arrived in time. I called them and spoke to an actual person straight away! She found my order and said she would bump up my order to Royal Mail 24-hour delivery, with absolutely no hassle. It arrived today. Very pleased with their brilliant customer service. Thank you!

Crafty Arts Customer Service was superb and
an enquiry was quickly resolved with just one email. The delivery was very quick and despite a menagerie of items, everything was present and correct. There were some great bargains to be had.
What impressed me most was the attention given to packaging. Everything was so well wrapped, so important for art materials, and all arrived in pristine condition. If my experience is the norm., I would certainly recommend Crafty Arts.
