Nice desserts - setting is okay but doesn't feel very clean (even though it might be). Maybe it's the colours?

Customer service was terrible, we ordered our food and waited 40 minutes but were still waiting for 4 more orders. We ordered them all at once but it turned out that they actually forgot about our order and it wasn’t even that busy!

Went to the beckton branch with a large group yesterday and ordered waffles, cookie doughs and cake. The red velvet cake was stale and not edible. The waffles were dry compared to other dessert places I've been to. The cookie dough was not gooey and dry as well. Very disappointed with the food and will not recommend. However customer service by Uzair was good, he was very polite and quick bringing the food to the table.

North Finchley créams - 1 scoop of ice cream given to me in the tiniest container. More like a cream pot. I complained and the manager said head office have told them to use the small pots then gave me a lecture about how the cost of living means all the costs are rising. Yeah don’t tell me mate I know that why else do you think I am buying 1 scoop ??? Creams charge a fair price don’t be stingy with your product.

Ordered through just eat and was sent a Greggs order through Just eat. No update either from Creams or just eat and no one from Creams answers the phone. They have taken my money but I didn't receive anything and the courier wasn't interested either. The order was marked as received. In the end I drove to FInchley to Creams. My order had been waiting there for 2 hours but I was told that just eat hadn't bothered to turn up to collect the order. I asked why no one answered the phone when I'd called numerous times and was told that there is no phone. Never again with Creams or Just eat shocking service

Good customer service. The staff ashik served us the waffle and he treated us nicely. The Manager Mary, she is very friendly, helpful and has good behaviour to the customers. I absolutely loved and will come back again.

Simply love creams. I have to be honest. I went there the other day and a colleague named Sinsu was very helpful and made a great recommendation for a milkshake combination. Good service and on point deserts means that if I ain't careful I could put on some weight...

Very good front of house service, espically by Azyar. Very courteous, friendly and professional customer service. Restaurant very clean and swift service to table.

Greeted by a very pleasant and helpful waiter who showed us to our table. We sat and chose our food. Went up to order, and got told we were no longer allowed to eat in and our only option was to take away. The gap between sitting and ordering was 10 mins. The manager who told us this news was rude and dismissive, we were told that ‘it’s very clearly written on the door’ and ‘oh you weren’t just sat there chatting were you?’ - I always thought a part of meeting up with people for a meal was to socialise? apparently not. I certainly will not be choosing to spend my money with Creams again. Absolutely appalling service.

OK cafe, ruined by junkies smoking crack outside on the cafe terrace and urinating in front of us while we were trying to eat. Staff don't seem to care and say it's not their problem. Avoid!

Visited new brighton cafe cream and was appalled drinks where cold replaced them still cold wouldn’t go there again

Waffle was undercooked and played the music louder after i kindly asked if it can be turned down. Not happy at all and very disrespectful.

I was a regular customer with creams through Just Eat. Unfortunately my last order was horrible, hard, crunchy and stale. No customer support from either Creams or just eat.

It was polite and efficient and people friendly

Before putting a review on here, I used Cream's 'Contact us' on their web page. But they ignored me completely, so here is an exact copy of my complaint......
I would advise you not to visit this place.

"I have just had my first visit to creams Doncaster, as we were passing by and my daughter was so excited when she saw the drinks advertised outside.
All I can say is what an absolute shambles. I have never been so disappointed.

I ordered 3 drinks at 17.36 and got them 24 minutes later. I was the only customer in the shop. I ordered a Lawnstar Martini, a Pina Collider and a bubble tea. It soon became apparent that neither the elderly lady serving us, nor her younger male colleague had a clue what they were doing.

At one point I heard the male say to the elderly lady 'that stuff is really strong....I think you've put too much in'. A 3rd member of staff joined, but did nothing to help with the order. She stood with one hand on her hip for the entire time. After 20 minutes, one drink appeared on the counter. At this point I said 'I really need these drinks - I have a show to get to'.

At this point I was told they had never made these drinks before!!! They said the menu was new!

After 24 minutes all 3 drinks were on the counter. The elderly lady then asked 'do they look like they do on the menu'?

I said as long as tbey taste ok, its fine.

I then pointed out that one drink didn't have the cream I'd asked for. She replied 'we have been told not to put cream on when we use plastic lids'! I replied to this that they hadn't given us plastic lids either! I also then pointed out that my coconut drink had no coconut either!!

I then told the male manager, that if he is advertising drinks, he should at least know how to make them. He said he'd watched the training videos, but 24 hours isn't enough to learn them. I suggested that he practise before customers walk through the doors, and then left.

There was so much syrup in the two 'new' drinks, they were not drinkable. I took photos. They looked rubbish too, and I received not one word of an apology.

Customer service and drinks at their very worst!

We ordered two drinks and only received one of the drinks. Tried calling them and didn’t even bother answering the phone.
Don’t waste your money

I went to Creams Epsom for my son's birthday. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They all wished my son birthday and food quality was also very impressive.
