Second time back at Creative Kitchens. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. You have to be patient to book a slot because they are understandably very busy. Worth the wait though.

2nd visit to CK when needed to extend original kitchen. CK took on not the nicest of jobs and have some great tradespeople, especially Mark. Would not hesitate in recommending CK as no matter what the problem, Tony will always find a solution. Great family business and would use each time .

I had a new kitchen Installed in March this year,from the moment I met Tony I was so impressed by his honesty and professionalism.
Every worker that was employed by him to undertake work for me were superb,the electricians,plasterers, kitchen fitters, decorator, every single person who came into my home, were professional, caring and so hard working,at the end of every working day, my house was left tidy, never was I left in a horrible mess,and the end result, is a beautiful well planned, well fitted kitchen of the finest quality.
Also the aftercare service I have received has been amazing, even though I have never had any problems, they have contacted me to make sure everything is fine.
My thanks once again to Tony, Lauren, Sophie and all workers who helped to give me my dream kitchen. I would highly recommend Creative Kitchen Designs and I hope they continue with their business for many years to come.

About 9 months ago requested visit as wanted advice if dishwasher could be installed . Totally dismissive and disinterested Just sold my house but in future if kitchen requires refurbishment would be totally disinterested

When we moved in to this property the sellers told us the kitchen was two years old, it turns out it’s 12 years old! Which is a massive testament to Tony and his team of the quality of the workmanship, that a kitchen looks as good more than a decade after being fitted. We found out the kitchen was fitted by creative kitchens and I duly contacted them as we wanted a dishwasher fitted. It took a little time for Tony to get back to us (as you will know if you read my previous review) however he explained that as a small company trying to work during the pandemic things sometimes took a little longer than expected - which is perfectly reasonable, following my complaint, Tony gave me his mobile number and was always responsive to my calls for an update.
After accepting the initial quote Tony came and double checked everything before ordering a replacement door for the dishwasher, checking that the colour was perfect before arranging fitting, as you can see from the attached pictures (only visible on the Google review which is identical – I can’t figure out how to add pictures to trust pilot !) the new door is completely indistinguishable from the older doors. They also fitted a shelf unit in space by the fridge, again here the workmanship is absolutely impeccable, they adjusted the plinth and moved it forward so it appears as if this shelving unit was always part of the original kitchen. I am incredibly impressed with the quality of workmanship.
Additionally, the fitters were absolutely fantastic, they kept us informed about the progress and left the kitchen more spotless than they found it (I haven’t had time to finish cleaning up before they got here). I would highly recommend Tony and his team from creative kitchens for anyone wanting a new kitchen, when we get around to remodelling in a couple of years Tony will be the first person I contact to undertake this work.

We had a great experience with the team. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They have great attention to detail, and they consider all the needs of the client before coming up with the solution. It was truly satisfying to work with this team, and we wholeheartedly recommend them.

I found C K Design by driving past their premises. My wife and I decided to call in. We found a fantastic company. A quick survey visit from Tony, his total professionalism and a visit to their showroom was enough to convince us that C K design would be replacing our kitchen. A decision that was totally right. The whole team were totally terrific and dedicated to delivering exactly, a new kitchen of the highest possible quality. They were all so pleasant (and professional) all through the project.

Ours is a small kitchen and we didn't think much could be done with it. How wrong we were, Tony came up with some great ideas and we now have a lovely kitchen with more cupboard space than we thought possible, a large built in fridge freezer and superb quartz worktop.
Tony and his team managed everything from stripping the old kitchen out, plastering,electrics all carried out in a professional way at a very competitive price. Strongly recommend.

It is lovely looking and what we wanted,
Would have designed cupboards if advised differently!
As fitting myself it took a while to liaise and get all parts supplied, we are still waiting after 5 months to finish but the country is locked down due to Covid 19, trying to contact designer is like banging head against brick wall, once money taken all we get is fobbed off !!

We absolutely love our new kitchen. it is completely transformed it is bright and sparkly ,excellently fitted and finished off. The workforce were very informed and helpful nothing was too much trouble.
We would highly recommend creative kitchens to anyone thinking of having there kitchen renewed. Tony is full of ideas and knows what will look good, from start to finish brilliant company Really glad we chose them

Just had our beautiful new kitchen fitted by Tony and his team.
Really pleased with the quality and workmanship from Tony's tradesmen and the attention to detail from the fitter ,also called Tony was second to none.
Nothing was ever to much trouble for Tony, no matter how many times we changed our mind on the design and quartz shades (which we did often) now we have the kitchen of our dreams.
Cant thank Tony and his staff enough for our stunning kitchen.
Would certainty be happy to recommend Creative Kitchen Design to anyone looking for a quality kitchen at what we believe was a great price.

Creative had installed our original kitchen in 2013, just before we purchased the house.
We decided to update the kitchen doors as my wife was never keen on the high gloss finish and obtained quotes from three different companies, one of which was CKD Burscough. Tony came in and showed us a number of door options but also said we could call in at his showroom to view more.
We decided on the door style we liked and Tony quoted accordingly. We did inform him we were going to get more quotes as comparisons.
Tony was very confident his would be the best.
One company was shockingly expensive and were also expecting us to compromise on doors, suggesting fixing three slimmer doors together to make one “curved” door. So this company got nowhere near an order!
The second company to quote also had issues with the curved doors but thought he could match the curve if he could take an existing door away. He also had an issue with a corner post but did not think the issues were insurmountable.
Our issue was his price! Over £1000.00 more expensive than CKD.
This all turned out to be a “No Brainer”, Tony had all the drawings, correct doors, corner posts, surround trims and end panels.
Tony said initially six weeks but then said to be on the safe side he said to give it eight weeks. We ended up with ten weeks.
We had a couple of delivery issues but these where soon sorted out to our satisfaction. Tony had given us a time scale of five days to complete once the job was started and he achieved this.
The kitchen looks tremendous, and what is more important is that my wife absolutely loves it.
We had three fitters blitzing the job on the first two days then just one guy (Graham) on his own doing the rest.
The first three guys where not as clean and tidy as Graham. He tidied up completely at the end of each day and was particularly conscious of keeping dust down to a minimum as he worked.
A great asset to Creative Kitchen Design.
To look at the kitchen now you would think it was completely new and not just a refurb!
I can strongly recommend CKD to anyone thinking of a replacement kitchen or just a refurb as we did.
A Great kitchen at a great price!

Still waiting for Tony to deliver the trim for my oven and microwave as promised from Six weeks ago, this is an ongoing issue with him/the company, they say one thing then do another, said they were going to sort something out for the mess up with my ordered and due to the extra cost and inconvenience caused by Creative Kitchen Design, again as in my previous review/experience, If Tony says one thing hell do the opposite.
Yes of cause you did, was it the same time you sent an email to inform me you’ve sent it, which I also didn’t receive, waist of time.

I had 2 AEG Ovens and dealt mostly with Craig. For the most part communication was always great, we did have a delayed delivery due to AEG issues however my Ovens were delivered, well packaged with an open and check option on arrival. I am incredibly pleased with them especially as this particular model was really difficult to source and the price was exceptional! All in all a great experience!

I can highly recommend Creative Kitchen Design and would order through them again with out hesitation. I purchased 4 AEG applicances and despite AEG messing up the order and delivery dates 3 times Craig and the team did a great job in fixing it.

A big thanks to Tony and the team kitchen and appliances arrived as planned nothing was to much trouble and we changed our plans A few times and nothing was to much trouble!
The quality is second to none absolutely made up thank you. 5 star service from start to finish. Thanks so much
