Had a really good experience with Crompton Way Motors. Their staff are really helpful and friendly which made the process of buying a new car really straight forward. The car I bought was a great price and well presented when it came to picking it up. I would recommend them to anyone who's in the market for a new car!

I recently purchased a BMW 730 from Crompton Way Motors and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

From the very first enquiry, Mo was fantastic. He responded quickly, answered every question clearly, and sent over a detailed walkaround video of the car. Because I live in Kent and the dealership is in Bolton, buying online could have felt risky, but Mo made everything straightforward and reassuring. The video was thorough and honest, and it gave me real confidence in the car before committing.

Once I decided to go ahead, Paul handled the rest of the process. He was a consummate professional and extremely helpful. There were a few minor cosmetic bits that needed attention, and Paul made sure everything was sorted exactly as promised before the car was delivered. Communication was consistent throughout, and I was kept updated at every stage.

Buying a car remotely requires trust, and Crompton Way Motors absolutely delivered. The car arrived exactly as described and in fantastic condition. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.

So far so good with the vehicle. Have only had for few days so can't really comment on the vehicle itself at the moment HOWEVER, the service from Mo was excellent. I purchased a car through finance through Zuto, after bad miscommunication regarding a fee, the dealership waived it due to zutos error, and was very accommodating. I collected the vehicle hoping to have got there by 5pm, but coming from Birmingham and constant congestion on the M6, I didn't get there until half 6, Mo should have been finished by then but he stayed so I could get my vehicle. He stayed there half hour until we arrived and stayed another hour to sort everything out, he ran through the controls with me and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle. Will provide an update regarding the vehicle after having it for quite a few months 😂

I recently bought a VW Touareg from Crompton Way Motors and had a great experience.

When I first turned up, I was greeted by Harvey who was genuinely friendly and helpful - no pressure at all. He took me out on a proper test drive, not just round the block but on A-roads and even the motorway, which I really appreciated.

They honestly bent over backwards to sort everything out and get the car looking spot on. They did me a really good deal. I also asked for a few extras to be thrown in, and they were more than fair and flexible with that.

What I liked most was the personal touch. Compared to some of the bigger garages I visited, where the salespeople were really pushy and didn’t give you a minute to think, Crompton Way felt the complete opposite. It came across as a proper family-run place where they actually care about the customer and want you to be happy with what you’re buying.

If you value good customer service and just want an honest, hassle-free experience, I’d definitely recommend buying from them.
