Parcel Gone Walkabout in Tadworth DO
My hoodie's haven't arrived. Have emailed customer service twice, no reply.
Ordered them Tuesday night 27th.
(Looking at other reviews on here I wish I hadn't)
Dispatched Wednesday 28th apparently...
(My guess is this is so they can charge me....)
Not recieved at Royal Mail till Saturday 31st!!!
(This means the parcel sat there for 3 days...lord knows why)
Monday 2nd it's in Tadworth DO wherever that is as it is nowhere near where I live and has sat there for nearly a week.
Tried contacting customer service, no response.
Please avoid ordering from Crosshatch if you can help it. Especially if you actually want what you've ordered.

Regarding your review, I am extremely sorry your parcel was delayed during its journey with Royal Mail. I have looked into this and can see that the parcel was sent to the wrong delivery office by them which had a subsequent knock-on effect. My colleague contacted you on 6th September to confirm that you would be receiving your parcel on the 7th, which I can see did happen. I'm sorry you felt the need to leave a one-star review for this delay. Unfortunately, we were unable to speed this up once it had left our warehouse.

Used this company for their great fitting jeans for a while now and have always been happy but a recent after sales issue was dealt with incredibly efficiently by Sian and has made the experience even sweeter.

The kings of low tier trash clothing
No way to review their items on their website so ill leave it here. Bought a hoodie, the sleeves were so long anyone that isn't in the NBA would look ridiculous and they were so thick anyone that hadn't placed in the top 3 of the arnold strongman classic would also look ridiculous. Sleeve ends also had no cuff so they just hand over your hands instead of gripping like any other hoodie I've bought ever. Easily the worst torso based clothing item I've ever owned.
edit: notice how the company response says "if it happens again" why not now? despite them knowing full well im not going to buy anything again, almost like they don't actually care 😂

Thanks for your order although I am very sorry to hear you have this issue with your purchase. Quality control is done at the manufacturing stage, so we do not check every item despatched from here. This means that, unfortunately, there are occasions when items will slip through with faults. If this happens to you again please get in touch with our customer support team who will be able to assist you.
Edit: My apologies, we do care. Please do get in touch regarding this issue. We will talk you through our process for returning faulty goods and should be able to reimburse you the £6 you paid for the hoodie.

Should have gone to specsavers
Just Purchased a two pack of Traymax Joggers in Medium, One pair of medium the correct size , The other pair was a Large or xl,Did issue me a Return Postage and waiting on a refund, But just looking at them you coulsd see they were a different size without measuring, They should have gone to Specsavers.

I'm sorry you had this issue when ordering a two-pack of medium joggers. I can see from your order that you contacted us about this, and as you said in your feedback, we offered to pay for you to return these so we could send a replacement in the correct size or refund you. Sometimes the wrong size is added at the manufacturing stage and we only learn about this when the customer opens the bag.
Very good customer service
I was actually impressed by an excellent customer service. I mean my order has been dispatched almost instantly. And delivered within 48 hours. Which is great, bigger brands don't do that. Disappointed to see that nothing fits as they go really smaller than other regular brands. My son is an M and I ordered L but didn't fit, very very tight.
I then found out the return is not free as most shops. Therefore I paid to send it back. In the meantime I read some reviews about how long it takes to process refunds, yet it didn't apply to us. Really, really professional someone wrote to me within a day since it has been delivered to them and got the money back, less the transport. Therefore in this transaction I lost £6, the cost of transport back and forth. This is going to put me off for buying again or trying other item. I would advise the company from a customer point of view to look into that. As now I would really know to choose item 2 size bigger and maybe look at stretchy materials. Yet, because if I would have to pay in case one of the items don't suits us for any reason, I won't consider ordering.

Pretty efficient
It was straightforward to find and order the correct item. I paid for next day delivery but it arrived a day later. Could have been a delay by Royal Mail. I also sent back the item and they refunded me on the same day. Minus the shipping cost. So my experience was pretty good.

Hi Neil, I'm sorry the jacket you ordered wasn't the right fit. We do pay the postage to return an item if something is mis-sized as may have been the case in this instance. We purposefully don't pay for regular returns though so that we can keep our costs low and this way we can pass this on to our customers in the way of low prices.
