Yes this is both a design feature and also a practical one.
The oversized length of the pocket zips is a design feature, but for practicality we put the zip head to pull down so the wearer can pull the zips down to point which leaves a snug pocket opening , so the wearer can insert their hands comfortably into the pocket.
If the zip head was directed the other way the pocket would only be usable when zip is fully open, this would make the pocket opening vast allowing easy access to cold drafts and an invitation to pick pockets hence the above option was selected.
We understand the need for security so also inserted a deep inside zip pocket to store valuable items

Terrible zip quality!
We are now on our 2nd puffer coat, 1st one the zip broke after 2 months, 2nd coat zip has broken after 1 week of wearing. Coats are nice, zips are TERRIBLE quality!!

Use to be good
I have been ordering Crosshatch jeans for a number of years and have been very happy with them. Unfortunately the last four pairs ( I order two pairs at a time) have not been as good as previous ones. I favour the "Princed" style and they are fine as soon as you put them on, but after a few hours they go baggy and feel terrible. The material has definitely been changed. Finding a good fit pair of jeans is difficult but the search will now go on.

Thanks for your feedback. Please be assured that at no point were we ignoring your emails. Unfortunately, with the Royal Mail strikes we were inundated with calls and emails from customers asking about the whereabouts of their orders. This had a knock on effect and we struggled to cope with the increase in the volume of communication from customers. I can see Royal Mail attempted to deliver your parcel on 21st December although there was no one in and they are waiting for you to arrange a redelivery.
Great deals great quality
Purchased a set hoodie and tracksuit for £21 size is very good and I like the quality too very warm and comfy.

I have recommended deal to all my friends and will get some more orders from them.

Orders took forever. Maybe its because of royal mail strikes so I can forgive that but I've had so many spam emails asking me to review crosshatch now I'm giving one star because it's annoying me. One email is enough. Do not spam customers. Be happy we gave you our money in the first place.

Looking at your order history, from my knowledge, you should have only received two “review” emails from Trustpilot. Unfortunately, I can’t track them to see how many you received..
It may be worth investigating with Trustpilot if you received more than this for orders made with Crosshatch.
Also, if you think you are receiving too many emails directly from us, you can adjust your marketing preferences in the emails themselves.

Really poor quality clothing
Really poor quality clothing. I ordered muscle fit t-shirts and they were the worst t-shirts I have ever bought. Description of the T-shirts said muscle fit however T-shirts were just standard fit made from a real poor material. Delivery took 2 weeks rather than the 2 to 5 days advertised. Don't even bother reaching out to customer services, takes forever and you have to pay for returns. Bought for the first time and will not be coming back. Poor all round so avoid them. Lots of people experiencing similar issues.

unacceptably long wait times for a supposed large company.
Ordered on the 23rd November and it is now 07th december, item has not even been received by royal mail, On inquiring I got sent a generic email response saying its an issue with royal mail strike etc. yet I have ordered from other retailers days after this order and received all my items from guess who? yes royal mail!.
I have not submitted an order number as it seems many others have the same issue and needs an acceptable resolution asap and its a logistic issue which should have been resolved by other means such as using other couriers to fulfil orders dispatches.

Many orders were collected by Royal Mail but due to the strike action they did not register the parcels until much later. It looked to customers like we still had their order when this was not the case. We apologise for the delay you experienced receiving your order. We are now looking to use an alternative courier company so we are not caught out again by issues out of our control.

Scammers and Rogue Traders
Placed an order over a 2 weeks and still nowt received. This company seems like scammers and rogue sellers. Do not place an order with them because you won’t get it. Wished I read the reviews before buying but I have been left with £76 out of pocket and nothing delivered. Avoid These Scammer and Rogue Sellers

You will not get what you see
Be aware don't go with offers. I ordered jeans and I got different model of jeans, which I can't wear, it is totally different one. customer support argued saying lable says same name. Now I have to pay to return with the postage charges. Postage charges for receiving and sending back item cross hatch will not pay it. Few people might not send back, since have to pay postage charges, this is what cross hatch want it. You might not get what you see.

Thanks for your feedback. The style of jeans that you ordered had several batches made with some very slight enhancements to improve the look. The integral design of the jeans remained the same as the website image though.
The reason we do not pay for customers to return items is to keep the cost of the initial postage down. We will always look at a situation on its own merit though and sometimes we do take on the cost of returning an item, especially if an item is faulty or the customer has received something they did not order.
