The company is run by cowboys - catalogue of errors from measurements and specifications and regular delays. Had I read the reviews first I would not have gone near this firm and its taught me an invaluable lesson to always read reviews first. Use this firm at your own risk. They needed constant chasing over months to put things right. Some of the guys installing were nice/polite and appeared good at their job but unfortunately their Manager was a headless chicken.

this company is now trading under the name ECO SAVE GLASS LTD based in preston. they are up to their same old tricks and i'm sure no one will be getting their deposits back when they still owe staff wages that where due weeks ago.

Terrible company ran by horrible people Imran and Umran Khan. They have now changed their name to ECO SAVE GLASS LTD based in preston. They have had bailiffs to their office’s for not paying their bill and still owe employees wages from weeks ago.

I was visited by Leon on 01/11/23 and as I expected him to say my windows are not up to standard. He then started to give me quotes which started at £18,000. when I said no way, he made some calls and finally got it to £3,000 which was only for half my park home. He asked me to pay half up front, which I didn't really want to do, but felt this was the only way to get rid of this guy!!! I emailed the firm on 06/11/23 to cancel the order and ask for a refund. I didn't get a reply so the next day I phoned and was told my email had been received and that I would receive a cheque in the post within 28 days!! I phoned several times after that and was told the same thing!! The last time I called I was advised that I had told them I was claiming through my credit card company. When I said definitely NOT I was again she would push through the refund as urgent. Here we are no refund, no contact from the company! I am seriously considering contacting the BBC's consumer programme and highlighting this company!

Windows and doors

Had same fitters return they put all new windows in April and returned to fit new facia and down pipes to my home absolutely first class job they were hard working very friendly and they left everything very tidy would highly recommend 😊

Had the new window (just windows) fitted, the locks changed/updated and the lock on the door. The lock on the door doesn't fit properly, you can't lock it or get the key in from outside. Called them, they sent someone out who said yes, its not been fitted correctly we'll change it. Called the office the number doesn't seem to work, called a guy named Alex who apparently will arrange this, still not got back too me. Don't go near them, the customer service is appalling, and if something goes wrong, they clearly don't want to know.

Just an update fifth time they have promised to fix the problem and still no sign of my £60 trading standards advised me to send a recorded letter which I did and no reply they now advised me to threaten court proceedings which I will. If I don't get a reply. I have messages on my phone from thier rep for my solicitor. I will be plastering these messages all over social media and ask everyone to share. Update after court.

Just had all the glazing in our house done Andy and Paul came to do the installation, they turned up on time, were polite, efficient and did a fantastic Job of cleaning everything up. which they were remunerated with tea and Bacon butties.
The guys never stopped working, I would highly recommend this company and will use again when I need my doors done.

My last review was on the 21May 2024 regarding waiting for a refund. Today 28 May 2024 still no refund. Office staff come up with every excuse in the book, not to refund a disabled man his money. (My husband). I will continue typing reviews until he gets his money back. Scam company most definitely.

From first meeting and assessment through to the replacement windows being fitted everything done efficiently and at the arranged time.

Just had all the glass changed in my existing windows. The contractors attended very close to the agreed time.
It took them around two hours to change the nineteen window panes.
They cleaned the UPVC frames as they went along and then the glass panes. They left the area clean and tidy.

Excellent service and great job 👍 the fitters were very respectful of property house is much warmer than before thanks to the new glazing units and Excellent discount for early job

Just had all the glazing in our extension windows and doors replaced, including the kitchen windows, patio doors and back door plus my daughter’s bedroom windows. Really happy with the result. They also changed the handles on the windows plus some hinges and managed to pack the patio door hinges to throw them over so they are closing nicely again now, after years of one door having dropped. Andy and Paul came to do the installation, they turned up on time, were polite and efficient and very appreciative of cups of tea!
My husband was slightly unsure at first, having read some bad reviews, but he was very pleasantly surprised when the job was completed with minimum inconvenience and at the price agreed. Received guarantee today, so happy days! I am now saving up to do the rest of the house as the next phase of work and have already recommended them to my mum! Happy customer.

This window company rings you to say they are in the area energy testing on the glass free. In all reality they need to get the foot into door to sell windows and doors. They will say your windows are below grade C and need replacing and offer recycle discounts that your glass will be sold to recycle companies and they give you some money back for the old glass. The glass is not sold and there are no recycle companies that these people work with. The glass gets taken away and thrown into the skip. Don't trust this company. They know how to make money and all this testing is a sales tactic. Also some of the reviews that seem good have been done by the staff. Some of the names are of people that have worked there or have left by now.

This is my second job done by Crown Glazing. The first at the backend of last year, all my windows had the glass replaced. The second job was yesterday, the glass in the front door was replaced and the complete backdoor and glass were replaced.
in both instances the teams worked hard and knew what they were doing. No real mess to clean up and both guys were friendly.

Glass replacement for patio doors quickly organised. Fitters arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently.

We live on a barge and our double glazing failed. We asked for a quote from a crown glazing on all the windows.
Absolutely fantastic. Our wheelhouse, (that we use as a dining area ) Was so cold in the winter we had to eat down in the boat. NOT this winter it was perfect in the wheelhouse.
The whole boat is much warmer. So wonderful for us.

The fitters were amazing, very professional. We would no hesitate to recommend this company.
