The Crazy Glaze team recently installed a new front door and some new glass for me. Alistair, the owner was very reassuring throughout the whole process and was always on time, communicative and professional. His team of fitters were exactly the same. It was refreshing to work with trades people with such high standards. His pricing was very competitive and transparent. Would highly highly recommend!

Alistair and the guys fit me new windows and doors In Irish oak. Did a fantastic job, completely hassle free from the meeting to agree which windows and doors we wanted, to the seamless fitting. Would highly recommend, both on price and quality of service. Recently I needed a piece of trim for my door after building work, so contacted Alistair and he went out and got a piece and delivered it. So first class after sales service as well. I wish all trades were like this, but unfortunately not.

I have recently had my front door and side door fitted by Alistair at Crazy Glaze. From his first visit to us he made us feel at ease with all of the available options to us. He talked us through everything and made sure we were comfortable with what we wanted. On the day of installation he was very professional and actually a perfectionist. I recently booked Crazy Glaze to replace all of my conservatory glazing and a new back door.
Alistair was a true professional with masses of knowledge and patience, having to make several trips to re-measure and re-order as I kept adding to the original order.
Nothing was too much trouble. I’m a worrier and a bit of a perfectionist on finish and was delighted that I met my match! The quality of the products, the organisation by him and the attention to detail delivered, was fantastic. I’m so happy. Now I’m looking at what else needs replacing and would only go to Crazy Glaze. Thank you.

Had all windows and doors fitted by these. From the beginning the service was excellent.

You can tell Alistair cares about the customer. The windows and doors were installed to an excellent standard and all mess was removed during and upon completing the job.

Great from beginning to end. We asked Crazy Glaze to come round initially to price up for a window that needed replacing and Alistair was very courteous, not one bit pushy and gave us a price that was extremely competitive. On the back of this we also the enquired about a price for a door and despite our 100 or so questions regarding finishes and glass he always came back promptly and nothing was too much trouble. We went ahead with the fitting as the overall cost was great and were kept in the loop at all times regarding timescales. We had our fitting on Sunday and they were very tidy and also honest straight away as one of the panes of glass in the window had a slight crack which were told straight away would be rectified a couple of days later but the window was made quite secure in the meantime. Roll forward a couple of days later and both the window and door are now completely fitted and look absolutely amazing (not to mention the difference we can already feel due to the thermal glass). Both Alistair and the fitter (sorry I don't know his name) have been fab from start to finish and I can't rate the service highly enough

Ordered a new composite front door with leaded glass. I am beyond pleased. The service was brilliant, the fitting timely and tidy. The door looks brilliant, the quality is fantastic and the price very competitive.

Fantastic customer service, I don’t live in the area but needed a local company to upgrade my fathers front door to make it more secure. The man I spoke too did a site visit and discussed all my options, they have since carried the work out and my father is over the moon and I got a great price and the peace of mind of having a direct contact if he needs the back doing to match. It’s not easy knowing who to trust with all the big firms and speaking to someone different every time. Great service from Alistair, I would definitely recommend 🤩

Great customer service. To be honest I had some reservations because the company is new but let me tell you one thing best customer service I have faced in ages. They are not like other companies whose only purpose is to earn money and that’s it. They are very cost efficient. Timely response. Good quality windows. Totally worth it. Highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of Crazyglaze installing my new windows and doors. I was hesitant at first, with it being a newly formed business, but that quickly disappeared. I was thoroughly impressed with their outstanding customer service and quality workmanship. Especially the attention to detail. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for new windows and doors.
