We are very pleased with our Crown Pavilions Ascot. The information provided by Crown Pavilions was very clear and we had our local builder construct the base. When the day came for the installation of the pavilion, it all went very smoothly. The installation team worked non-stop for about 5 hours and it was all done. Our electrician then came in to connect up the electrics and install some extra sockets. So on the hottest day of the year so far we were able sit in our pavilion with the gentlest of breezes blowing through it and just chill.

The whole process from ordering to installation was an absolute breeze, I was kept fully informed as to the progress of my order and installation date. On the day of installation, the guys turned up on time and had the pavilion fully installed and complete in just over two house and left absolutely no mess whatsoever. Would I recommend Crown Pavilions, absolutely 100% all day and everyday

We could not be more pleased with our Kensington Pavilion, it has surpassed all our expectations. The quality of workmanship is exceptional, and it looks magnificent in our garden. All the team at Crown Pavilions are outstanding and it has been a pleasure dealing with such a professional and friendly team. This is the second pavilion we have owned the first in 2006 which we left behind when we moved recently.
We were amazed at how quickly our new pavilion was installed the craftsmen were skilled and really professional.This pavilion is finished to a high specification and already being put to good use. We would definitely recommend this company.

Completely satisfied with all aspects of our purchase. Sales experience was helpful and informative. Preparation of base by Back to basics was excellent with them fitting into our timetable and finishing on time and within estimate.
Fitters came on time and erected gazebo quickly and efficiently. We are delighted with the quality of construction and look forward to many happy years of use.

Crown Pavillons helped us from start to finish nothing was to much for them.
The Hampton actually looked better in our garden than when we saw it at the showroom.

Three weeks since my Crown Pavilion Tudor gazebo was installed and I am beyond thrilled. Many lunches, coffee with friends, family meals etc have been spent in this amazing space and we have all loved it. The quality and workmanship is second to none and I am pleased that I went with this company and not another one which I had considered. From the first enquiry through to the final installation, each step has been very clear, with a date given for delivery and instructions regarding suitable bases and paying in instalments. Grace was so helpful and was there every step of the way to answer my questions and to give me advice. On the day the two men installing the gazebo were prompt, put the gazebo up quickly and efficiently and removed all the packaging away with them. Thank you Crown Pavilions - I would recommend you any day!

This is our second Crown Pavilion and we are not disappointed by the helpfulness, efficiency and quality of product/service! Despite several change of dates and alterations to the spec, The Crown Pavilion agents were consistently helpful. The 2 chaps who erected our new Pavilion were efficient, keen workers and very helpful in explaining the changes of the current design, they were a great asset to the company. Would thoroughly recommend Crown Pavilions.

Having purchased an Edward Pavilion at the Hampton Court Flower Show last year we took delivery of it this Saturday.
We are extremely pleased with the purchase and the 2 representatives of Crown Pavilions who delivered and erected the pavilion were 1st class and were extremly helpful to us in making sure it was positioned correctly so that we had the best views of our garden.
Everyone we have dealt with at Crown Pavilions has been very helpful and were very understanding as we could not confirm our order until we received planning permission as we are situated in a conservation area.

Crown Pavilions Windsor Gazebo
My experience with Crown Pavilions has been nothing but superb.
When interacting with the sales team I was always made to feel that nothing would be too much trouble and I always had prompt replies to any queries.
Once my order had been placed I felt confident that my gazebo would be erected on the scheduled date and it was. The installation team turned up promptly and were very efficient and productive, again their customer service was excellent.
As for the gazebo itself, the quality is superb. I had no reason to be disappointed as the workmanship is top notch. Highly recommended.
