I would just like to say how wonderful my experience was dealing with Julia, Longacre show site. We have just placed an order for a Guinevere pavilion and I am so excited for the pending installation! I have had much communication with Julia as we were quite indecisive on which model of pavilion to chose. Julia’s friendly, professional and informative nature meant the decision and ordering process was both enjoyable and efficient. She was always on hand to answer questions and queries and I never received anything other than the warmest of welcomes when visiting the show site. Julia’s positivity and enthusiasm is a credit to Crown Pavilions; our ordering experience exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to enjoy our beautiful pavilion in the near future.

The process and people I interacted with during the design and build of my Crown Sandringham Garden Room, made the process a complete pleasure, and the final product is fantastic - it has transformed my garden! From the laying of the base, the construction and the final commissioning, I was kept exceptionally well informed and it was all very efficient. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding in all respects. I do see that Crown pavilions set themselves apart in this respect versus the competition. I would recommend Crown Pavilions to all wishing to have a similar product and experience.

Together with Stephanie they helped guide me through the process and range of choices resulting in the exact finish I had visualised. Customer support team are lovely. The product is fantastic. However the problems planning permission gave us because of the shape of our plot along with the cost of foundations and connecting to electrics were much more than expected. One quote was nearly as high as the cost of the building itself! We needed benchmarks on pricing. The competitors doing whole project management might be tempting next time!

We ordered a bespoke summerhouse with a bar and semi-outside dining area. The whole process has been extremely easy from the exciting initial planning stage through to the end of the build and handover. All interactions were highly professional. The sales and customer services teams were knowledgeable and eager to understand our needs. The build itself was completed on plan by remarkably courteous and skilful specialists and to the highest specifications. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Crown Pavilions.

The Pizza Pavilion.
We are delighted with our Pizza Pavilion. From start to finish the service has been excellent. The gazebo is brilliantly designed with luxurious fittings.
We are excited to learn new cooking techniques, using the wood fired pizza oven We look forward to years of enjoying entertaining friends and family in this lovely environment.

We got our first Crown Pavilion 3 years ago. We still love it. Last summer we decided to develop an area at the front of the house. CP provided two bespoke designs, based on their standards but varied in size to suit our needs. They supported us with planning application. We agreed an installation slot.They turned up and the installation team worked really well to complete the install. We’re delighted, so glad we did it.

Very professional and speedy process. All looking very smart again and like new!!

The true test of 5 star customer experience/service does not come at the moment of making the initital purchase, when it is exciting and made special as it was for us when we purchased our Pavillion but what took it to another level was when we reached out for help after enjoying our pavillion for several years.

The customer care and value we were shown was outstanding, Grace could not have done any more for us, she went out of her way to help us, the installation team arrived at our house, they were professional had a great attitude and could not have worked any harder to restore our little pavillion's roof - I just can't find the words really to express how much we appreciated everyones help which went over and above our expectations.

When we purchased the pavillion we appreciated the service and care we were shown as customers but over the last few months we have been lucky enough to experience an outstanding customer experience.

I work in the customer service industry, rarely write reviews and never rate a service or experience 5 star, there is always more than can be done for the customer but not when it comes to rating Crown Pavilions, Grace and the Team truly were exceptional and very deserving of the 5 star rating I have awarded, the first I think I have given. We visited the Sales Team at Bagshott, were able to view all the options on display on the site, and had all our questions answered in a very professional manner .Having agreed a detailed specification and a price , at the point of paying a deposit we were given a delivery date and time and sure enough the installation team were exactly on time and completed the build with no fuss and extremely quickly . We have the Windsor style and we are very happy with it . I don’t normally write a review but the whole process was so straightforward and without stress that it deserves to be praised .

Crown have just finished building a garden room and pergola for us. They did a fantastic job. They worked very hard and quickly but the finish is excellent. They were helpful and flexible when needed. We would highly recommend them.

This is our second Crown Pavilion and once again we have enjoyed a faultless service and install. From our very first contact through to the last, each and every member of the Crown team have been professional and a pleasure to deal with and more importantly all our expectations have been more than fulfilled. From the very first viewing and ordering our Ascot Gazebo, my wife and I have been given the very best attention and high level of service. Found the purchase process smooth and efficient. We saw and ordered it at the Crown Pavilion display site in Surrey whilst a Sale was on. Certainly No sales pressure put on us. Good communication from the company and kept informed of any issues that arose during the 'lockdown'
The day that the pavilion was due to be built was postponed by 48 hours purely because of bad weather - which made perfect sense! At the moment pleased with the process so far. The pavilion appears solid and well made - still early days though and hasn't had much use yet due to it still being January - looking forward to some warmer weather to start to use it!
