Crown Pavilions communication throughout the complete process has been excellent.
The product is very well made and every bit as good the brochure pictures.
Our pavilion arrived on the agreed date and the men who came to complete the build were polite, friendly and very well experienced. There were no problems with the build and when they left there was nothing to show that they had been except a very smart well cleaned pavilion standing proudly in the garden.
With out hesitation I would recommend Crown Pavilions to any body.

We`ve just had a Crown Windsor installed. It took the unbelievably hard working Guys just one day to install. It looks stunning , the comfort internally is amazing and the quality is just fantastic.
From start to finish Crown Pavillions have been outstanding in customer care and build. I would recommend the product and company to anyone who is looking for a special centrepiece in their garden.

It was love at first sight when I saw the gazebo but I spent a long time looking at many other summer houses just to make sure this was the one!

The excitement in the household on the day when it arrived was ridiculous, we just couldn't wait to use it. The guys were great and because we were at the start of lockdown we had to watch progress from the house whilst it was going up. Once the roof went on - well - it was just stunning!

Since being in lockdown it has become my office was well as a place to relax, have our morning coffee,admire the garden, eat our dinner or read. We use it for meetings and quiz nights, whatever we want really. It's just an amazing extra room

The garden had been waiting for this stunning gazebo to lift it from pretty ordinary to pretty extraordinary.

We're very pleased with our Crown Tudor Gazebo. It was an impulse buy and the whole experience has been very rewarding. The quality of the product including materials (Redwood, cushions and window blinds), workmanship, installation and finished product was excellent. We chose to have the heater but I wish we had bought the glass table top too. We are already enjoying a luxury extension to our house that we can enjoy our garden from.

We love our Edward Pavilion, or “hut” as we call it. Really well made, quick and good installation service.

Superb customer service and a fantastic product.

Crown Pavilions have been very accommodating during our very wet winter, plus the pandemic and now we have a pavilion which is envied by our neighbours. We had a small issue with one of the side panels, however their customer service was excellent and sent us a replacement as soon as it was possible. There may be cheaper products on the market, but as they say, you get what you pay for.

Beautifully engineered product with excellent customer service. The team that erected the Praviillion were amazing all done in one day.

Very very pleased with our Ascot pavillion.
Decided to buy during lockdown so at least we had somewhere nice in the garden. The service from start to finish was excellent.
The fitters were quick and efficient and made an excellent job.
We have spent many ours in the pavilion already.

Most Impressive,
The finished product is fantastic, everyone who has seen is most impressed, it almost takes your breath away.
The installation process was equally impressive, they turned up, got one with the job, showed us how best to use the blinds and left the place spick and span, you would not have know they had been there had they have not left such an elegant building.

Excellent service from start to finish. The installlation team were exceptional.
