NOT RECOMMENDED. I mistakenly booked for this company instead of the CPS (Cruise and Passenger Services) I have used previously as that company provides parking at the dock, not a distance away as is the case with Cruise Parking Southampton. On returning from our cruise and being taken back to the depot, I found that our car was in the street with the bonnet up and the engine running. I was told that they had had to jump start my car several times (the number of jump starts varied as the tale was told!). I was aggressively told that I had to pay a fee to cover the cost of the jump starts. As a new battery had been fitted to the car just a few weeks previously I do not believe that it would have been necessary to jump start the car. As we are both aged 84, and the cash demand was extremely aggressive, I paid £10 to recover my car.

I made a booking with this lot thinking it was CPS but it is not. When I realised I contacted them within 30 minutes and the cancelled but charged me £25 . On the web site under the q&a it says you can modify or cancel a booking, no mention of a £25 admin fee. I will be requesting a charge back from my bank.

Found location easily they were very polite and helpful. Cases were loaded and transported to dock terminal quickly. On returning after 2 weeks waited 5/10 minutes from ringing and transported back where car was ready to pick up. All very efficient and would use them again.

Easy to find parking, friendly driver who handled our luggage mountain. Called to arrange pick up which did take a while but there were 5 of us and the cruise terminal was manic. Overall made everything very convenient and straightforward

DO NOT USE this parking company. They misleading advertise as CPS but they are NOT the official port parking. They close before the embarking time on the ship and do not advertise this anywhere, even on booking confirmation. On the email confirmation they say drop off service which implies they are the CPS service at the port but they are not. They will not refund even when they make it physically impossible for you to use their service. Absolutely terrible company which is out to make money. The official CPS at the port had nothing good to say about them! Avoid or lose best part of £80 and having to pay the official company last minute, who were brilliant.

Absolutely appalling company. I booked Cruise Parking Southampton and when I turned up with 3 friends, I questioned why no one had answered the phone when I called. The man was rude, misogynistic and refused to let us park leaving us without anything booked just before going on a cruise even though we had paid. Luckily we found Southampton Cruise Parking who were brilliant and right next to the terminal. Don’t get the two companies muddled up. It was very stressful and I haven’t been refunded the money. Don’t use Cruise Parking Southampton. They scam you out of money by cancelling your booking so they can sell your space to someone else.

This company took my money for a booking for parking. I have evidence I paid and have a
confirmation email. I turned up on the day to be told I had cancelled the booking and there was no spaces left. I categorically did not cancel. They cannot provide evidence I cancelled saying they do not keep records. As a result I had to find alternative parking which was really stressful before my cruise. They refuse to refund my money.
I will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone.

Cracking no frills car parking service. Great friendly staff whose interest is in you. Would definitely use again.

On returning to our vehicle after a cruise, it had a flat battery. They tried to get it going without success. We called recovery and they took us into the city so we could get coffee and warm up. They waited for the recovery man to arrive. Once the car was started they loaded our cases into the car. They were so kind and helpful, we will always use this Company and highly recommend them.
