Had promise…but unfortunately overpriced and poor customer service. Couldn’t fulfil their obligations to pick us up in a reasonable time and made the excuse that it was busy because its a weekend. After waiting 1hr 45 mins from texting to say we were ready, we decided to get a taxi. I had a small child who was very upset, hungry and tired. I was told I would get a refund for the taxi and having provided all the evidence for this, still no refund. Over 4 weeks of chasing and nothing. Don’t use them. Im sure when things run smooth they’re great but I wouldn’t recommend if you have small children or accessibility needs. Penguin parking was able to get their pick up vehicles through so would use that service next time.

Was very easy to find and the information given was nice and clear friendly staff and my car was taken care of while we were away a couple of minor irritations were when waiting for the transport to the port there was no queuing system so when the van turns up everyone rushing forward to get on it because of the amount of luggage and wheel chairs we had to wait for the next one even though we were before others
When we arrived back after our holiday we looked for the blue flags right outside the terminal which was a selling point by the company as being the only one picking up directly outside the terminal but there was nothing we were told by staff that maybe try over by the short stay car park but after walking round they weren’t there either so we ran and was told to wait outside the terminal for the van to arrive,after a short while another call from the driver saying he was looking for us we were there but he was in an unmarked black van so we had no idea it was our ride until he called

Good service overall

The website booking process is so easy to use. Everything is clear, I was not pestered by add ons, and best of all no interruptions from adverts. Will use again.

We arrived on a Sunday morning and everything was explained to me, the luggage was put in the transport and we were taken to the port and dropped off. On the way back into the port the ship docked at a different terminal, so I just texted 15 minutes before we came out with our luggage to say that we were ready to be picked up at Ocean Terminal, the driver was waiting to take us back to the car. Car was ready for us, asked to check the car and all was good, then off on our journey home. Very well organised and staff were very helpful and kind so we will be back for our next Cruise. A good experience. It all went rather smoothly.
Would suggest some sort of identification or flag on your van for the return trip as it got quite chaotic at the cruise terminal and it was difficult to find you. Very reasonable and no issues.

The staff and drivers are efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait long to be dropped off or picked up.

They made it so easy for us taking our suitcases from the car putting them straight into the mini bus. I text when we arrived in Southampton and they were there within 12 minutes. We wll definitely be using them again.

Easy to book, and follow up questions were answered swiftly. Once there, friendly staff welcomed us then removed our luggage from my car and onto shuttle bus, where we were taken to cruise terminal. Whole process taking little time. On cruise return, followed instructions, and was promptly contacted by our driver explaining exactly where he was waiting. Again luggage taken care of onto shuttle then into my car on return to parking. All in all pretty seamless process, would highly recommend, and if lucky enough to cruise in the future, would trust my car with Cruise Parking.

Very impressed with the service provided. No waiting at all and the staff go the extra mile to help with luggage etc. I cannot recommend them enough if you are catching a cruise.

Very easy arrived check in then our car was moved to undercover storage.

Very helpful driver took us to our cruise drop off point chatted on the way aboutbthe port and what to do when we return home.

Once back in Southampton we phoned to say ready for pick up, didn't have to wait to long. Car ready and waiting for us.

Will definitely be booking again for next year.

Great service, quick and easy, would recommend

The delivery to the cruise ship was ok, fairly timely. But the state of the 17 year old minibus gave us a clue to the service to expect. Coming back from the cruise ship this morning was extremely poor. We waith 1 hour 10 minutes for the pickup at the terminal. The excuse was bad traffic, which it was. But they had just 6 minibuses serving 5 cruise ships! It is never going to work with very long delays. Won't use again, but you get what you pay for! My recommendation to this company is to use bigger buses, or more buses. You cannot keep taking people's money and providing this poor level of service, the traffic is irrelevant.

Simple booking system. Very helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of updates and clear communication. Would highly recommend this company to take care of your vehicle and get you to and from the cruise port with no issues.

Just used this company for our P &O cruise and we thought the service was excellent. Straightforward drop off of our car and on route to the terminal within 10 minutes. On our return we took our luggage off the ship ourselves and messaged the company to say we were on our way just before we disembarked. We messaged again when we reached their flag collection point and they arrived 2 minutes later. At the depot someone was waiting with our keys and our car was outside the entrance ready to go. All the staff were very pleasant and we would thoroughly recommend this company.
