Got recommended to Crystal from a friend, and what a result this as been. I have had a couple of tricky cases recently, both of which I have asked Crystal SF for assistance. On both cases, they didn’t disappoint. Clients got the finance they wanted and I got a brilliant service. I should add that I’m a bit of a pest and was constantly asking for updates, but this was never a problem for them (Richard Bond in particular), responses were always timely, positive and professional. Dreadful communication! The staff are friendly & knowledgeable, however, once a case is submitted be prepared to continually chase them by phone. (They never reply to emails so don't even bother). I have switched packagers and will never use Crystal ever again.
