The whole experience from the initial application to funding was extremely fast and informative.
Both Hayley and Abbie have guided me through each step and are contactable directly. I would highly recommend them to any company looking for a little help in financing.

I was prompted to write this after a recent experience with this company negatively impacted on me and my family.

In common with other reviews (both here and on Google) an application for a loan, apparently on the brink of approval, was refused - literally at the last minute. To be given such a strong indication by Cubefunder that the loan would be approved was simply bad business practice.

If you are considering approaching this company for funds for your business, I cannot emphasise enough the importance of researching their background beforehand in the same way you would expect them to conduct background checks on you, your business and its finances.

A good starting point is Companies House where there are listings for Cubefunder (No 1), Cubefunder (No 2) and Cubefunder (No 3).

Cubefunder (No 1) now trades as Fast Finance Ltd which appears to be no longer connected to Cubefunder. The equity position of Cubefunder (No 1) in their balance sheet as at 31st March 2021 was £2,097.

Cubefunder (No 2) is a dormant company.

Cubefunder (No 3) was dissolved on 8th August 2023. Their equity position (accounts under the name of Happen Finance Ltd) in their balance sheet as at 31st October 2021 was £315,267.

Tallaght Financial Ltd is the trading name of Cubefunder. Their equity position in their balance sheet as at 31st October 2022 was £1,874,580.

Nearly £1,900,000 would seem a lot of money to some, but in business terms, particularly for a lender or a broker is, frankly, pocket change.

None of the above companies published profit and loss accounts.

The valuable lesson in doing your research first is to consider the implications of the financial health of their business before getting involved with them.

One of the directors of Tallaght Financial Ltd was previously declared bankrupt. Says it all really.

Avoid this company.

This is a company who don't care about anyone but themselves.

My partner and I went to this company for an expansion loan. We got the all clear and approval a lady called Sienna (Business development Manager) came to our property to sign paperwork and guarantors. Sienna was rude and obnoxious when entering the property. She then took photos of us signing these documents without our permission. Once basically signing everything over to this company she then left saying we have been accepted and sending over serial numbers and legal documents to say we own the assets I then get a text saying we have been approved.

Once doing so I was asked to hand over card details which I did not have straight to hand but once we had the details to hand Sienna ignored all of my texts and when calling up we were told we were not approved for this loan.

Throughout the process they tell you everything they want you to hear but when it comes down to handing the funds over they will tell you the complete opposite, We are now taking this case to the financial conduct authority where we will be looking to take further action.

Avoid them They just waste your time They are very very disrespectful over the phone I called yesterday three times the woman put down the phone on me they want to know Way too much information for no apparent reason just avoid him to save yourself being disrespected by themselves.❌❌

Please ignore their reply, it is utter nonsense, and so much so their unregulated debt collector has sent me three threatening emails saying he is now going to report me to the police for posting my review on Trustpilot as hate speech and sue me for libel unless i remove my review!! I can provide his emails. So I rest my case.
I reiterate avoid this company at all costs however desperate you think you are.

Do not go anywhere near this company however desperate you are.
We lost our business due to covid and had the misfortune of being hoodwinked into taking out a loan with them during the time our business was failing.
Due to many reasons out of our control we lost our business and all of our money. Subsequently i have tried to reach a deal with these sharks but they apply extortionate interest to the loan. So much so they claim i owe them £74 000 from a £14 000 loan!!
i have then been threatened and intimated by their unregulated debt collector, and have now found out when you take out a loan with them they tell you they dont put a charge on your property but they do, and even though i had to go bankrupt they are now threatening to take my home from me but not allowing me to sell it to move on even though the extortionate debt they are claiming is disputed.
They are nothing more than loan sharks, you would be better off speaking to a villain from your local neighbourhood as getting mixed up with them.
Be very, very aware they prey on the desperate business owner.

Process was easy from start to finish, we were kept informed and up to date. Max came into the premises to see how we operate and what we needed help with so it gave him an insight that was very professional. Funds paid out quickly thanks max 😊😊

I have now used Cubefunder twice... The experience I have received is fantastic. I contacted Cubefunder in January 2022 and filled in a quick application, sent off the required information, I was then appointed Hayley as point of contact... Hayley arranged a visit to come and visit me in the business, I really liked this hands on approach from Cubefunder, it is not just about the paperwork its seeing the business! I was then granted the loan and received the loan same day. This then allowed us to complete the extra building work to open up places to generate more revenue for the company. I then contacted Cubefunder again in June, to see if I would be eligible for a top up, this time to service another contract and to help with cash flow... Hayley was quick back to my emails and her team then requested bank details. Once this was processed I was passed onto Abbie and Max. Max came out to my business next day to meet with me, had a look around asked me a few questions and approved the loan at the visit, The same day the funds were transferred to our account the whole process took 2 days! Cubefunder is quick, has a personal approach to lending and really cares about what they do! Abbie, Max and Hayley are a credit to the team at Cubefunder! Would recommend them to any SME!!
