Good range of options to find the microwave we needed - at a very good price. Very straightforward.

Candy who served me was very kind, understanding and patient with me, an oldie who doesn't understand technology very well. She helped me decide on the right product (and my family say she helped me chose just the right product for my needs)

Pleasant, constructive and informative. We wanted a new dishwasher after a disappointing experience with a previous one. We got helpful and very clear information which helped us to make a fairly swift decision.

I had a highly knowledgeable member of staff talk me through the complexities of laptop construction- giving me all the information i needed without being condescending or overloading my simple brain.
He took his time, at no point did he try to rush me to make a decision and was open to answering even my thickest of questions.

Bought an expensive cooker, a real good one..

Arrived damaged had to send it back
A week later the replacement turns up damaged and has to be sent back..

My replacements replacement arrives Tuesday..

Secondly, staff took down my contact details wrong each time and had no idea when they were arriving. Replacement unit arrival woke me up at 8.30 ish am with zero warning as they were unable to call me..

Depending on how Tuesday goes..

I visited Currys store in Sweetbriar in Norwich last Wednesday (16th September) to buy a new smart TV. The assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. I chose which TV I wanted and asked if it could be delivered as I am disabled and unable to carry it home. I was very happy to pay extra for delivery. However, I was told that as it was less than 50" they would not be able to deliver - I only need a 40" as I have a smallish living room. I asked how, as a disabled person, I was supposed to get it to my home. Understandably they could not give me an answer. When I got home (empty handed) I emailed the store to ask for their comments on what appears to be discrimination against the disabled. I received an automated email saying they would get back to me within 48 hours. On Friday evening I emailed again saying I was disappointed not to have received the promised response. By today (22/9) I still have not received a reply.
Meanwhile I ordered my 40 inch smart TV from Argos who delivered it at a time to suit me at a very small delivery charge.
Last time I bother with Currys!

Machine delivered in the time slot. Staff took unwanted packing and old machine. Very pleased with new machine and follow up call appreciated. Thank you

Arrived the next day - our location can be difficult for
drivers but this was on the doorstep in next to no time with no fuss at all. Delightful driver.
