The young man who helped us, Oskar, was extremely polite, listened to all what we wanted with our choices of a new cooker and hob. He showed us exactly what we could have without any influencing in our choices. He was extremely patient with us and made us feel we could ask him anything

We had two one for all vouchers so had to come into the store to use them. The person we spoke to was very helpful. It was disappointing for him that when we had to pay he had to go some 30feet away from the counter to find a card machine. We agreed to have the goods delivered in store. The emails from DPD were very confusing saying the goods had been delivered on the Tuesday and yet an email on the following day said they were out for delivery. On collection on Thursday we did not know what to expect. All goods present but boxes were visibly damaged, although contents seem OK. Room for improvement for staff to have access to card machines at their counters and also to look atb the confusing DPD emails.

Ease of ordering; Delivery info provided and accessible whilst up dated; Deliver on time and staff very helpful and obliging.

Shown and explained product and all options made purchase easy service and staff great especially Liam nice place to shop and good prices

Simple buying experience. Had exactly what I needed and it was really quick and easy

The delivery staff were very friendly and efficient, explaining every part of the processes involved. They were also careful to avoid damage to my furniture.

The gentleman who served us was really helpful in our decision on which job to buy.

Our request was not straight forward as I was upgrading my phone but trading in my husband’s as he was having my old one. the assistants helped us through the process of swapping phones over to get where we needed to be.

Very disappointing experience with this online team. The communication was poor, responses were slow, and the overall service did not meet my expectations. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and getting clear answers or proper support was unnecessarily difficult.

The lack of professionalism and organisation was particularly frustrating. I expected a much better level of communication and accountability, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this team unless they make significant improvements to their communication, reliability, and customer support.

Visited the Norwich store for a browse. I ended up seeing a fridge freezer I liked on display (one that had been delivered and opened, then returned). We approached a staff member and were put on a list to speak with someone who came to us promptly. We were greeted politely by Kevin who was very helpful and very patient with us whilst deciding whether to go ahead with the purchase.
There were a couple scratches on the fridge (being on shop floor it’s not surprising) which I pointed out and asked if I could get a discount for damage. Kevin kindly asked his supervisor who gave us a percentage off.
We set up the buy now pay later in store which again Kevin was very patient with us and talked us through any questions we had about this.
There were a few other smaller interactions with other members of staff whilst visiting the store which were also very positive and we came home with a new fridge freezer and tumble dryer.
Overall a great experience, no complaints at all.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and dealt with my replacement purchase without any problem.

No- one seemed to want our business today, ‘Tuesday 1st September’. I took my elderly father to buy a new washing machine and we stood waiting by the chosen machine for over half an hour. No seating for Dad who is 99, and in the end, decided to leave and buy it elsewhere. A member of staff told us, they had no-one available to help us. Very poor!

The colleague that supported us with the purchase was super helpful and took the time to explain everything!

I just wanted to say thank you to Jack for his excellent customer service today. My mobile phone stopped working and I was eager to purchase a new one fairly quickly. Jack looked at the phone and was determined to fix it for me to allow additional time to look for a new phone long term. Jack said that he is leaving the Company after 12 year’s service. I work in HR and fully appreciate how hard it is to recruit committed team members who are passionate at what they do and keen to go the extra mile. Jack, I cannot thank you enough for helping me today. I hope you don’t leave as I would like some advice on purchasing a new phone. Thank you

The sales person in CURRYS, whose name was Glen , was vey helpful in helping us to purchase the right upright freezer. He was very friendly and gave us many options to help us buy the right one. I would definitely recommend him again.

I went to Norwich branch of Currys.After waiting ages to be attended to i bought a laptop and was told that a charging cable was included but no charger, I was sold a charger which turned out to be the wrong one.when I got home and unpacked the box to find there was no charging cable.Returned 23 miles to the store to be told that no cable is included.Was sold another cable and charger and was assured that this was the correct one.Got home to find that neither the charger nor the cable where the correct ones.l took the laptop back and they immediately found the correct accessory that I had to purchase.There was no apology or compensation for the three trips that I had made.Was not impressed.
