Currys - Taunton Opiniones 

Visited the store and Had an idea of what I wanted unfortunately had to wait a little while for sales staff, the laptop I wanted originally wasn’t available however found 2/3 other options that were similar spec but a good bit cheaper, asked the member of staff the main difference and subsequently decided my choice wasn’t really worth the extra money however the one I decided on again wasn’t available in my store although there was one in a nearby store which I finally collected couple of days later, interesting point you now need to buy a separate charger as well. Member of staff did try to do everything to get the laptop I wanted.

Ordering online was Simple to do, just two days for collection. Staff offered to take the item to my car.

The person that helped us complete our purchase was very helpful

Good experience, friendly and very helpful service Rofi the sales assistant made us very welcome and explained the difference between a budget product & a higher quality one with not to much difference in price. Glad we listened to him there is definitely a difference, The appliance is so quiet with its advanced technology.
Also the delivery team was very good unpacked it for me, just wished they stabilised it before leaving. Never the less happy with my appliance.

The chosen product was delivered, connected and tested. Delivery persons efficient and friendly. All packaging and old appliance removed with the minimum of fuss.

Had to wait for about 10 minutes before someone was available to help us but we did arrive at lunchtime so wasn’t worried about the wait but when we got help it was by a young man called Oli and he went above and beyond to deal with any queries we had and the service was fantastic - well done

Great service from start to finish. Doug was very very helpful, offering good advice based on my requirements and preferences. He made the whole purchase process really easy, even for a 'non techy' like me. Set up was carried out quickly and efficiently. And I was given some discount and some freebies with my purchase. Thankyou Currys in Taunton.

To be honest I was only ‘looking’ for a lapto, but the expertise Steve shared was second to none and I purchase one on the same day. He absolutely knows his stuff and really easy to talk to. Steve is a credit to Currys Taunton ⭐️

Kofi, the assistant at Taunton Curry's store was so helpful and friendly, helped me choose the right tv and stand for me, helped me take them out to my car, very impressed with him

Alex and Chris were great. Knew what they were doing and installed the new and removed the old machine, effortlessly. Everything taken away. A really good job, with a personal service that was much appreciated.
