Delivery arrived on time, as promised.
Alex and Chris were great. Knew what they were doing and installed the new and removed the old machine, effortlessly. Everything taken away. A really good job, with a personal service that was much appreciated.

The member of Currys team was knowledgeable about the products he was selling. Though it wasn’t my priority that day to purchase a refrigerator, I was happy to change my mind. Bruno answered all my questions about every product I asked him about
He knew his stuff, he was patient and never made me feel like I was being pushed into buying anything. Actually it was a pleasure to part with my money. 👍

Bit of a wait to collect. Although no queue it was a bit of a wait before anyone acknowledged me despite pressing the call button as invited. Otherwise all fine.

The part delivered is faulty and it has not been easy to sort out.

Sony sales person (unkown to us) offering but unable to deliver without Curry's sales representative.
Bit annoying then waited around.
Currys staff seemed also not happy.

Young man named Steve was most helpful and efficient. Dealt with a warranty claim and seperate purchase exactly as we wanted. Thanks.

Both myself and my daughter were very pleased with the quality of service and time spent with us to looking at the different devices and the process afterwards.

My purchase with Kofi for a laptop was great! He was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions! Nothing was too much trouble. The other mention is to the tech lady who set my laptop up, great service! The rest of the staff I encountered however were disappointing! Scruffy, unhelpful and with a cant be bothered attitude and customers seem like an inconvenience. It would be great to see a reception/welcome desk at the entrance where customers could be directed to a specific department with a helpful member of staff waiting for them as currently, trying to pin down the aforementioned is like trying to find the elusive needle. Be grateful for your customers before we all start to shop online and you're out of a job.

Jakub gave us good advice on a range of tv’s we were unsure about which size and what the differences were between the sets. Mike also helped us finally settle on a TV. Both were as upper helpful and knowledgeable.

Alway so simple, great help in store

Oven ordered for today for delivery and fitting - text confirmed 4 hour window. Nothing happened but a text saying an oven would be placed on order !! Very confusing. Logged into Customer Services who were as useful as a chocolate teapot. In the end they said I had to go into the store as they couldn't locate the order.

I did, although it wasn't convenient. In the end the store team managed to determine that the product has been damaged. I should have been notified but they accepted I hadn't been messaged. The earliest they could arrange a replacement order was the end of the month. We couldn't wait that long so I cancelled the order. I then ordered it with someone who could deliver within a week.

Very disappointing from Currys - I can't see us using them again.

Rick and Dave were fantastic, i always procure from cutrys in store and specifically the Taunton store because of their superb level of service and knowledge. They always manage to help me find exactly what i need, unmatxhed customer service!
