After contacting the company yesterday and dealing with the first customer service agent (terrible experience and I’ll post separately on that), I then was fortunate to have been subsequently dealt with by Siobhan who was professional, LISTENED, calm and understanding.
The curtains I received were clearly incorrectly made in width and needed to be replaced. Siobhan requested a couple of photos from me and referred the matter to management. She advised that she would call me back this morning and did so and advised that it was a manufacturing error and that my curtains were back in production for express completion and delivery.

This is the third time purchasing curtains from you and again an excellent service. I love the quality of the curtains and the choices available on your website is amazing. If you can’t find the colour, pattern or type of product from your website it may not exist at all. Thanks again for a quality product delivered on time.

This year is the first time I discovered Custom Curtains so pleased with them I have already used them a second time. We needed huge curtains for our floor to ceiling very large bay and Custom were able to make them where other providers couldn't. Arrived as confirmed at time of order and kept me updated with delivery. Will be using them again.

The measurement process was made very clear, although my particular needs meant I had to adapt the process a touch. The choice of materials allowed me to find something perfect that matched other room colours. And the price was reasonable considering the size of my order.
I will be using their services again.

Not very impressed with their service at all.

Placed two orders for large electric Roman blinds.

First arrived faulty and wasn’t properly calibrated so one side hangs lower than the other.

Second arrived with no head rail clips so unable to install.

Impossible to get hold of via the telephone over an hour on hold. Cut off. Total of 3 hours trying to call them.

Called sales and got through immediately to be told customer service lines turned off.

Shocking company with 0 customer service line despite what website says. Avoid.

Brilliant service great curtains

The blind looks good but the finishing is not as good as other companies I have ordered roman blinds from. The chain described as brass is not. It is a brash, cheap looking gold.

I first saw the fabric I chose in Dunhelms. The quote from custom curtains came in at more than £100 less than the quote I received from Dunhelms. The curtains arrived within a fortnight of ordering and fitted perfectly

I wasnt sure what to buy so used the contact service from the website. The response was swift and reasonable - asking questions to be sure they understood my request properly. Item arrived promptly and was well wrapped.

The ordering process was easy.
Good customer service as I had to make a change.
Order was delivered on the day stated. Blinds were far far better than I expected, so pleased with them.
They are really good quality and very easy to install set of blinds.

Bought the double lined curtains, was clear how to measure to get the correct size, and pleased with the quality of the product, a nice suprise it includes metal curtain hooks.
