Choice, quality, price, delivery and communication. We'd used custom curtains 10 years ago and we were very satisfied with the service and roman blinds we bought then. We spent ages and many fabric samples deliberating on the colour of roman blinds for our newly decorated sitting room. What we chose was just right. Very satisfied customer!

great service from start to finish, the choice of pleat top curtains is very limited and I discovered Custom Curtains online and they had a great choice of fabrics in the colours I wanted, so I ordered free swatches and made my choice.
The curtains were for a very large bay window and they have been made really well, hung like a dream and did not need any ironing. I am really pleased with them.
They were made within the given time frame, communication was good and delivered exactly when they said they would be. I would definitely recommend this Company and will use them again.

Ordered 3 Allure Portofino Dark pearl curtain poles at a cost of £492 and joining pieces of two of the poles missing!! Also, curtain pole colour is nothing like that in the picture, they are more of a dull silver colour which luckily does go in my room but definitely not what I was expecting
